We rested in Sapphire from March 29.2014 to April 05.2014. I'll start with the settlement. They settled us for a long time, plus they didn’t give us our passports right away, they said to pick us up in the morning (it’s not clear why).
We were settled in room 123 (reject it immediately). It is located at the end of the corridor near the room where the cleaners store cleaning products (terrible smell, constant movement of the cleaners and noise), the view from the window is simply amazing - on a peeled corner of the kitchen. After the porter left, we found that our balcony did not close. We immediately went to the reception with a request to change the room, but they refused us, arguing that there were no available rooms at all and that they could only send an engineer who would fix the balcony. The next day the repairman actually came while we were on the beach and kind of fixed the balcony. I'll tell you what the repair was, they just hammered a nail into the threshold and the door did not open at all.
Since we came to have a good time, we decided not to swear, not to spoil the mood, the main thing is the sea and the sun.

The room at first glance is not bad, but if you look closely, the impression worsens. It is spacious, but dirty, very shabby, the furniture is old, the lighting is only in two floor lamps, which are missing.
The impression of the hotel itself. Only half of the building has been commissioned. As such, there is no main restaurant, a small room has been allocated for it. The reception and lobby bar resemble a seedy billiards club with green walls and shabby smoky sofas. There is no pool.
A la carte restaurants. There are special terminals for booking, well, in all hotels of the complex, except of course sapphire. The first two days they couldn’t book anything at all, then they decided to ask for help and they explained to us that the database is updated at 00.00 and the reservation should be made as early as possible, at 7 in the morning it’s too late. We managed to book three restaurants. Barbecue bar and mixed cuisine restaurant is just some kind of parody (self-service, plus the food is the same as in the main restaurant). The Indian restaurant pleased me, I can’t say anything bad. in the restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine, Russian, fish and German could not get.
The attitude of the staff is terrible, like we owe them something. On the first day, we were given only one set of towels, went to the reception two or three times, and did not achieve anything. In order to be served at the bar, you have to wait until the bartenders discuss all their hot topics and maybe then he will deign to pay attention to you. The line for food at the bar on the beach is a meter long and it moves extremely slowly, and with all this, the chefs still decide how much food to give you.
Animation and entertainment as such, no animators seen only in the restaurant when eating.
Mosquitoes are a dime a dozen, and it is not clear where they come from and bite all night long.
The territory is large, there is a lot of vegetation, but with all this there is a lot of construction, unfinished or dilapidated buildings.

The chip of the hotel is dancing fountains, to see them residents of other hotels have to pay 15 dollars. But even here it's a lie. A lot of light bulbs have burned out and the dance of the fountains is not mesmerizing and does not have the effect it should produce.
But we just closed our eyes to all this and enjoyed the rest. On the day of departure, we went to the reception to hand over the room. We were told there was a problem with our room, you see we broke the refrigerator door and we have to pay $100 for it. At the same time, the room was not examined with us and we did not use the refrigerator at all. We refused to pay and they called some director who, with a janitor, sort of went to our room and removed this refrigerator door (in fact, it seems to me that this is their duty door, which they take out to everyone). The door was really cracked, but in order to bring it to such a point, it was probably necessary to beat it with our feet. The guide who came for us could not help. And the Director sort of went to meet us, allowed us to write a statement that we broke the door and pay 30 bucks. It was possible to argue further, but the departure was running out.
I also liked one more thing, for the loss of a hotel bracelet you pay $ 50 and when you check out, it is cut off by a hotel worker. Meaning?!!! ! For reference, no hotel does this. Probably the worse the hotel, the more ambition.
In general, the holiday was a "success". We will never forget this oasis of happiness.
