The rooms are spacious, very decent in appearance, but then, of course, you begin to notice the shortcomings.
The furniture is all shabby, our closet did not open normally, the refrigerator freezes slightly, the towels are gray, torn in places, the bed linen is torn, yellow! ! In general, the hotel has not bought anything new for a long time.

The bathroom leaves much to be desired, in the room of our relatives it constantly stank of sewerage ...the bathtubs are yellow, the curtains are the same, the mirrors are stained both during arrival and departure, no one cleaned them. Cleaning is a separate issue: they don’t want to clean for free! ! ! ! either money or chocolate ...every day they left chocolates at first, even twisted swans, and then cleaning was reduced to cleaning the ashtray, neither towels nor the bed were changed.
The glasses in the room were chipped and it was impossible to drink from them. . the hotel generally saves on light, there is no central light in the room, lighting is due to lamps in which there are no light bulbs.
An awful lot of insects. . during the day - flies, which are everywhere, especially in the restaurant. . at night you can’t fall asleep until you pour a bottle of mosquito spray on yourself, I strongly advise you to take it with you, and this despite the fact that they are processing the territory.
The territory of Topaz is small, well-groomed, we went for a walk to other hotels of the Golden chain, but there is nothing to do there either. One of the advantages of the hotel is a large, deep pool, there is a small corner for children, well, that’s all)) There were enough sun loungers, but I think it’s stressful with the influx of tourists. Beach towels can be taken once a day, if you donate at lunchtime, no more! !

Animation! ! forgive me these lovely people - weak! ! we were frankly bored, the contests were insulting people: something like a girl needs to portray a chicken, and a man needs to pinch or kiss a man. . There is a disco, but no one is there! ! music a la rastaman tunes. . They tried to keep the kids busy, with adults everything is more difficult. The animators themselves are sincere guys, the hotel does not provide them with a normal technical base for work, the entire inventory has become obsolete.

Bar, Lobby, Reception: work according to the schedule, there were no complaints.
Restaurant: breakfast is poor, mostly sweets, from meat - sausages from soy. Lunch, dinner, lots to choose from. there is something to eat in general is not bad, in 10 days only the same thing bothers.

Beach: 15 minutes walk, 10 by bus, everything is decent on the beach, no complaints.

We had a good rest, paying off 167.000 rubles for vouchers for 4 adults + 1 child. We wanted to return to the hotel, but the guide convinced us that we would not prove anything, which we actually did not hope for.
