We arrived at the hotel as a family (2 adults and a child 5 years old) on April 9 this year. We were warmly welcomed, settled immediately upon arrival at no extra charge (around 12 o'clock), served welcome cocktails and were taken to a two-room suite on the second floor. The rooms are all two-room 62-80 sq. m.
The hotel itself is small but cozy. The biggest plus of the hotel is the heated swimming pool for both children and adults. You will understand me when you cannot swim in the sea for four days due to strong winds or in the pools of the Golden Five complex, where both the children's pools and the water park are icy! From the hotel every half an hour there is a bus to the beach or 15 minutes on foot you can walk through the green territory of the complex "golden five". By the way, we tried all the restaurants of the complex and TOPAZ turned out to be the most delicious!
In 20 minutes there is a huge supermarket "Senzomoll", where you can buy inexpensive souvenirs, clothes, delicious Turkish sweets, fruits and WATER! Please note that when you check in, you will have a mini bar filled with 0.5 bottles of drinking water, 1 liter of sprite, forfeits, and juices for children, but no one will say that one bottle of water per person per day is required, the child is not counted at all . The mini bar is filled once a week. It turned out that the water ran out on the 5th day, there was nothing to brush our teeth with, they refused to replenish the bar, citing the fact that we had already received ours, we had to buy water : (

Cleaning daily. Change of linen every 3 days. Different figures were made from towels, and if you put a tip, they will only make a bed for you, don’t put it, everything will be beautifully cleaned. Paradox!: )
There are corals in the sea, there are beautiful fish - take a mask with fins and be sure to special shoes!! ! Our daughter got hurt badly, still hasn't healed (((
If you want to see the city, do not take the "SIGHTSEEING TOUR" from the tour operator - a complete scam: they spent the whole day on the bus, stopping for an hour at a church, a mosque, an essential oil factory, a leather factory, duty free, and a souvenir shop where the guide has his own rollback naturally. For 7 hours we were not offered any water or food, in short a day in jo....
From the hotel you can drive up to the main street of the city "Sheraton or Sheri Road", there are a lot of shops and cafes or to the pedestrian and beautiful street "Mashera Bay" for 2-3 pounds per person (6 pounds = 1 dollar).
We also took the Super Safari tour from an Arab on the beach named ZIZO, we recommend: riding jeeps, ATVs, buggies, horses, camels, donkeys, in a carriage + lunch + evening show (fireman, yoga, oriental dances) + very interesting Russian-speaking guide Yana for only 35 c. u. per person, all day.
From entertainment there is one hour of free billiards. There is a mini club for children from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 16:30 animator Tanya, there is also a disco for children at 20:30. In the "Golden Five" at 21:00 a show of singing fountains, then a children's disco, then an adult...
