Rested in this hotel November 5-15.2014 with my wife and teenage son. In general, we were satisfied. I liked the hotel itself, the food, the diligence and friendliness of the staff.
We lived in the main building C, so everything except the sea was nearby.
They settled us quickly. I didn’t really like the room right away: I killed the smell from the product that the bathroom was treated with (although it disappeared after half an hour), I didn’t like that the third bed was attached (after all, we were three adults) and that there was practically no balcony, and the view from it opened on the back wall of the neighboring hotel. But since no one promised us a sea view when buying a ticket, and the room was clean and everything worked properly, we decided not to bother. The room was cleaned regularly, bed linen was changed every three days, swans were spun several times - so everything was fine.

I liked the beautiful and well-groomed garden, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of restaurants, eateries and bars, I liked the quality and variety of food, the constant availability of fruits in the main restaurant.
The animation team did a good job.
However, this hotel, in our opinion, has two significant drawbacks.
First. This is a very large hotel with more than 460 rooms; about 1000 people live in it at the same time - a sort of small resort (resort! ) Town. Hence the lack of sun loungers on the beach, and the constant queues in bars and restaurants, dirty tables that the staff simply does not physically have time to clean and serve, although they honestly try to do it. Therefore, vacationers deservedly nicknamed the main hotel restaurant "canteen".
The second drawback is the lack of open sea with surf and the smell of salt water. In fact, a pond near the beach can be called a large pool of sea water. By the way, as in other hotel pools, here even the water was cold, from which we wanted to go ashore as quickly as possible. (We had to go to the beach in Sharm el Naga on purpose, in order to feel ourselves at sea - and so the water is much warmer there, like fresh milk - we didn’t get out of the sea for hours, swimming near the reef. )
But in general, I repeat, we liked to relax in this hotel, for which many thanks to the staff.
