Check-in went quickly, without problems. At 9 am we arrived at the hotel, we were wearing bracelets, we had breakfast and immediately received the keys to the rooms. Without any additional fees! The rooms were above the restaurant in building C. As we found out later, this is the newest building. In buildings A and B, the rooms and furniture, they say, are worse. We were impressed by the view from our rooms to the entire hotel: in front of the pools and the sea. In addition, a huge terrace immediately across the balcony, people came there to take pictures.
The furniture in the rooms is ordinary, not new, but not killed either. Moreover, in our Black Sea and Azov resorts it is much worse. TV, air conditioning, hair dryer - everything worked. From bath accessories only liquid soap. Everything else is yours. The room has a tea and coffee set. Tea was left every day, and coffee had to be asked for. Cleaned every day, towels changed.
The hotel staff is friendly, not a single scandal or incident! A new employee has just appeared in the spa, his name is Amr, he weaves pigtails and tweezes his eyebrows. So, they say he worked in another hotel and stole mobile phones there.

Animation on the beach is good. As elsewhere: Oriental and Latin dances, aerobics, gymnastics. They play volleyball. Children's animation is rather weak, only mini - disco. For young people, a big plus is the disco in the hotel !! ! There is no more entertainment!
Food, as everywhere in Egypt. Almost everything is the same. But no one died of hunger, everyone flew away in the black. Pastries and desserts, as always, on top! Of the fruits were bananas, oranges, tangerines, melons and dates.
The bar on the beach at lunchtime is very tasty pizza!! ! But she had to stand in line for her. Oh well, there's plenty of time.
4 a la carte restaurants. Each was free to visit once. But we were only in two: in the East - good and in Asia - SUPER!! ! There is also Fish and Italian.
The beach is clean and sandy. There is also a pontoon. There were enough sun loungers for everyone.
We took an excursion on a boat with a transparent bottom on the beach near Muhammad Ali, a wonderful, cultured guy. Were satisfied, the captain did everything for the mood. And for only $10.
The hotel area is clean. The pools were cleaned every evening. Flycatchers hang on the territory and they disinfected from mosquitoes.
There are many shops outside the area. Leaving the hotel and to the right, after the neighboring hotel, there is a nondescript-looking shop, a seller of short stature with a beard. Very friendly, he has goods from the factory. It was advertised to us by tourists who have been coming there for several times. We bought creams, scrubs, masks, healing balms, etc. at affordable prices for $ 1-2.
Vacationers are mostly Ukrainians and Egyptians. There were a few Poles, Czechs and Germans.
I did not like the guide and it was problematic to find him at the hotel. We flew from Coral Travel.
Pros of the hotel: proximity to the airport and restaurants Ala - cart.
Cons: rather weak animation and Wi-fi. But in Egypt, almost all hotels are either paid or bad.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest at the hotel (this is my third hotel)! I would love to rest in it again! Especially considering the price!
