Rested alone in December.
there were certain criteria for searching for a hotel:
1. since it was just the windy season, I was looking for a hotel with the most closed territory and a bay
2. since I flew to rest alone, the hotel should have been as busy as possible. Big plus - 24-hour bar
The hotel area is not bad enough: not big and not small, green.
Pools not heated.
Placed on the first floor (at my request) but not on the sunny side. For the sunny side, they asked for $ 4 per day surcharge.
For 2 weeks of my stay at the hotel, the animation changed 5 times. Her work can be assessed as a complete absence! If not for the bars and the company, after five in the evening there would be nothing to do there. Those evening programs that were offered by the animation were frankly sloppy and after 10-15 minutes of such a program the hall was empty.

I was pleased that there were Ukrainian channels: TET and 2 + 2. But on the fourth day, they blacked out throughout the hotel. As far as I understand, it was only necessary to set up the satellite. At the reception I asked about this for 5 days. They pretended that they did not understand anything.
In this hotel, all the staff pretend that they do not understand Russian, if it is not beneficial for them!
By the way, the staff is constantly with a disgruntled look and quite arrogant, with the exception of 3-4 people.
At the bar on the beach, I repeatedly caught bartenders diluting alcohol! The bartender began to explain that due to the GREAT HEAT (+24-26 degrees) the alcohol vanishes from the closed bottle, so it is not so strong. )) pour from another bottle, or they did not recommend taking this particular alcohol.
The juices at the pool bar are also very diluted.
The food is excellent, quite varied. But very often there was burnt food. Very bad with sweets: there are no oriental sweets, as in other hotels in Egypt! There was one time when there was a mass check-in.
The number of rooms leaves much to be desired! There are a lot of flaws and breakdowns that are not fixed immediately: leaking taps, clogged drains, broken switches. Air conditioning only worked in select rooms. That is, at +15 at night it is not realistic to turn on the air conditioner for heating. He threatened to heat the room with a hair dryer! ))) They did not believe it. I had to do this several times!
According to the locals, this hotel is rented out for 5 years. I think that many problems in the hotel because of this!
