We travel a lot and always have a positive attitude to the problems described in bad reviews. BUT this does not apply to this hotel! In addition to the words HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARE and HORROR, there is nothing to say about this hotel. I will not write about the quality of cleaning, repairs, fungus in the bathroom, broken dishes, bad sunbeds and many other problems to be solved. Maybe 2 years ago it was not bad, but this year the hotel has become an option for a cheap sanatorium for the local population, which no one warned us about. The hotel is packed to capacity: 95% - Egyptian families in full force, the rest - the Slavs. There is a catastrophic lack of food, for a piece of chicken you need to stand in line and pick up something that the locals refused, because they are served first. There were no fruits at all in the high season, sluggish cucumbers from vegetables, a couple of times (if you get it) tomatoes and sour boiled beets. The lack of sanitation is complete, on our arrival everyone was poisoned and many simply moved out, if possible, to other hotels or ate outside the hotel. Water had to be begged for, and even in bars it constantly ended. There are also problems with alcohol, the beer ended all the time and it was given 2 plastic WASHED cups per hand. In the pools, everything was constantly boiling from the locals, bathing in all their clothes. You could swim in the sea from 7 to 10 in the morning, and then the same picture there. And here is the charm of the zoo, we constantly felt like monkeys, in the water they try to catch up and examine, they constantly take pictures from all the sunbeds. Very unpleasant sensations. . . We felt like weeded animals. Animation is very weak and the same is designed only for locals. In the evening, a TV set and benches were placed in rows on the terrace and their music was turned on. For children, no food, no entertainment, no conditions. In 15 years of travelling, this is the WORST hotel!! ! Take care of your money and health, never, hear NEVER go to Mirage New Hawaii Resort & Spa 4*!
