After reading a lot of reviews about the hotel, I decided to leave my unemotional and pragmatic mark on the reputation of this hotel.
First of all - PRICE! The ticket was not expensive, as we made a bias towards future excursions, which from Hurghada were much cheaper in cost. A 4 * hotel - by Egyptian standards, is fully consistent and there is no need to criticize everything in the world, since this is a Muslim country and 50% of the indigenous people of Cairo graze goats on the roof and live in worse conditions than your hotel rooms. Not without the fact that repairs here had to be done "yesterday", but the bed, towels, bathroom, everything is clean! The cleaner on our floor immediately warned us that he did not clean every day, but at the same time, we were always clean. Paper, soap, tea were always replaced as they were consumed, when he did not have time to bring a bottle of water, he ran to us shouting: "Habibi, stop, water! ")) My advice to you, do not gobble up tea and you will be rewarded). The staff is all friendly, except for the reception, they can ignore you for the whole vacation if, for example, you didn’t take a room for extra money, but this issue is resolved with the local tour operator of your company. The territory is not large, but green enough, 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are sun loungers, a foot shower, a bar, and a pantone, but the entry to the sea, like a bay, is a bit small. There are a lot of Arabs, especially in the pools, which is not pleasant because women in clothes bathe with them. Wi-fi in the lobby is free but very slow, the lobby is open around the clock and alcohol too, only now they look askance at you if you drink more than two glasses (Muslims do not welcome this). In the main restaurant you need to go through a souvenir shop. The sellers there are like gypsies....and the devil pulled me to say that my name is Alena))....my advice, ignore from the very beginning, everything is expensive there anyway, and across the road from the hotel there is a huge market with two markets on the sides . There is a large selection of everything, and in the markets all hygiene, water, fruits, etc. are even cheaper (my advice is to buy everything for local currency, which can be changed at the reception at the bank rate). Now let's get to the main point! To food! ! (this is especially true for those tourists who, when buying a vacation in a 4 * hotel, write reviews as exquisite critics of Michelin restaurants). Normal food!! ! It’s normal in all respects. For breakfast, you can choose from: cereals, eggs, pancakes, cottage cheese, yogurts, rolls, fruits, sweets, steamed vegetables, raw vegetables, delicious falafels....
for lunch:

soups, steamed potatoes, boiled potatoes, pasta, vegetables, steamed rice with vegetables, fried and steamed chicken, all kinds of bakery products, sweets and fruits. . .
dinner:
once a week they served smoked tuna, fried fish, stewed beef, salads in oil, moyonnaise and just vegetables and again rice, potatoes, pasta, rolls, sweets, rice and chicken rolls, fruits: dates, bananas, melon, pomegranate, apples, pears and wine of your choice....
It is interesting to know who, after the above, will allow himself to say that the food was monotonous and boring? But if so, then you are snickering, my friend!... Well, now a little fly in the ointment: the dishes are not new and sometimes chipped, the glasses are plastic, the tablecloths are clean, the food is sometimes clear that it was yesterday, but everyone has eyes! if you don't want it, don't take it!
There are 3 additional restaurants (all the information can be found at the reception), they are free, but you can go once in each. I’ll say little about animation, since we mostly went on excursions, but on the last evening we caught a fire show, they said that there were belly dances, everyone who wants to is taken to local discos in the city, there is also a gym, billiards and volleyball on the beach.
Outcome:
The hotel is not new, requiring a lot of renovation. It is not suitable for families with small children, but it is good for tourists who attend excursions, the food is good and satisfying, the staff is friendly if generous with tips, the sea and beaches are clean, the central street is filled with cafes, pharmacies, markets and shopkeepers. If all of the above is not to your liking, this hotel is not for you!
