I want to warn all the Slavs who are going to go to rest in this hotel. I just got back with my husband and daughter. We were there from 9 to 23 June. We are in Hurghada for the third time and have something to compare. I'll start with accommodation. We arrived at the hotel at 22.30. We were fed immediately, for which thanks and the settlement began. It was a nightmare. Gave room 3402. The balcony door opens onto the roof of the restaurant. Not only did all the smells from the kitchen get into our room, there was also a huge fan on the roof that worked around the clock and the hum was so loud that even earplugs did not help. All the furniture in the room is broken, the dirt is terrible, all the lampshades are torn in the lamps, there is no water, no toilet paper, and the bed linen is so gray, as if no one washed it for a year. As I did not try to immediately change the number, nothing happened, I was shown rooms even worse. After spending the night somehow, we went to meet our guide. Guide from Aneks tour, his name was Isa, this snake is still the same. Instead of helping tourists, he began to intimidate and blackmail us. Buy a tour from me for $40 per person and I will help you change rooms and arrange for you to be fed lunch when you leave. When we canceled the tours, he freaked out and, telling us not to contact him again, ran out of the conference room.
When we went to breakfast, we had another shock. In the dining room, there were only Arabs, who, like pigs, having collected full plates of food, sat with their broods. Babies lie right on the tables and sleep. The tablecloths are all stained with food, no one changes them, dirty dishes are not removed from the tables. Fortunately, we were told that there is another hall nearby, where Arabs are not allowed in, so we ate in it later. As for food, there is plenty of it. Lots of meat and vegetable dishes, fruits and sweets. The only plus of this hotel.
We still managed to change the number the next day in the evening. For a room overlooking the pools they said to pay extra $ 15 per night. This did not suit us and we were given a room on the fourth floor of the main building overlooking the city street, which we were very happy about when we went out into the courtyard. Near the pools, there was nowhere for the stone to fall. There are so many Arabs that the water in the pools was not visible, only black heads. Children bathe right in diapers, so you yourself understand that water is a mixture of urine and feces, which even sometimes floated in the water. On the slides in the water park in two weeks I managed to ride only twice for 10 minutes, and then only during lunch. The rest of the time you can't get there.

There are very slippery tiles throughout the hotel and around the pools. During the invasion of the Arabs on the pools, the tiles are all flooded with water and it is impossible to move on it. Both children and adults fell with me.
There is simply no beach. And what is there is a piece of land covered with sand on one side, where Arab children are floundering like in a puddle, and on the other side, a piece of land covered with pebbles, where you cannot enter the sea without safety shoes. Although it is difficult to call it a sea. There are no corals and very few fish. There are heaps of garbage and algae in the water, which no one cleans up.
The rest is a pontoon on which we spent all the time. Fortunately, all the Slavs rested on the pier, although the Arabs also came. The entrance to the sea is via a ladder to a depth of 6 m. There is no shower or toilet near the pier, and there are no changing cabins in the hotel at all. And you can't enter the hall in swimsuits. I had to put things on wet swimsuits, go to the room to change clothes, and then go to eat. And so every day. Tired of washing things from salty streaks.
In the bar on the pier, all the spirits are so warm that it is simply impossible to drink. Only the cola, sprite and UPPI type juices from the vending machines were cold. Only the bartender Ahmed was pleased with his positive smile. There were days when there was not even a beer in the bar.
The hotel management simply ignores all white visitors to the hotel. Room cleaning is disgusting. I had to run to the reception every other day and ask for water, toilet paper, or shampoo to be brought. There are no shampoos in disposable packages. And it’s not a fact that your request will be fulfilled, you can’t wait until tomorrow. Everyone pretends not to understand you. Bed linen was changed only once in two weeks, and then after the scandal. And when they changed it, it seemed that they just took it off in another room, where someone slept on it, and made a bed for us.

It was simply impossible to be in the lobby bar and in the lobby in the evening. The noise was so loud that you had to shout to be heard by those sitting next to you. The dirt is incredible. Everything was flooded with sweet drinks, slippers stuck to the floor. The chairs were all flooded, it was disgusting to sit down. And this is the only bar that was open after 5 pm. By the way, everyone was kicked out of the pools and the sea at 17.00. and all the bars were closed even though the sun was setting at 19.00. And it is written that they work until sunset. After 17 you will not be allowed to swim.
The animators were simply not allowed to work. Every day in the evening they showed belly dance and dance with skirts. There were no discos in the hotel, they were invited to the city disco for $ 10 per person. As a result, one animator girl just ran away and flew home, for which the rest of the animators were deprived of their salaries.
The hotel security will watch you around the clock. Surveillance cameras at every turn and guards with walkie-talkies follow you and tell someone what you are doing. Come to the bar for a drink or ask for a light, they will immediately inform you about it. They won’t even let a child take a banana out of the dining room, they will force them to put it back.
It is impossible to sleep at night. Children run and yell through the corridors all night. No isolation. And from 5 in the morning the rumble on the street already begins, something is being cut, sawed and pieces of iron are dragged over the tiles. The rattle is such that the ears are twisted into a tube.
The flight back was at 22.30, but we were evicted from the room at 12 o'clock and the bracelets were cut off. We were forced to sit until 19.30 in the lobby and wait until we were picked up. Well, at least they gave cards for lunch and we were able to eat and were allowed to draw water.
We have never been in such hell before. The owner of the hotel is an Arab and as the guide said, he is the brother of the mayor of Hurghada. Therefore, the hotel is focused only on local Arabs and Slavs, they obviously do not want to see them there. 99% of all visitors are Arabs and only 1% are Belarusians, Ukrainians and Poles.
The Russian-speaking employee, Elena, was fired and no one was hired to take her place.
Therefore, I would advise you to think very carefully before going to this hotel. You are not expected there.

Dear Russians, do not take at face value everything that is so beautifully written on the Tophotels website about this hotel. And the photos are outdated. The new owner broke everything and did it his own way. There is no longer a bar with chairs in the pool, in its place is a children's pool. And the beach in the photo is a paid beach, which is located nearby. $2 per person and you can come in.
