Upon arrival at the airport (tour operator Biblio Globus), customs went through instantly, $ 15 visa + $ 2 for filling was torn off from everyone. We got on the bus and after 10 minutes were at the hotel. Our hotel was the first to land.
We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of 6 am their time (Omsk time at 10 am) there were a total of 20 of us.
They filled out the documents, put on bracelets, and said wait, there are no free rooms yet, they have check-in, like everywhere else, at 14-00. At 7 o'clock we went to have breakfast. At 10 o'clock, our entire crowd was settled in rooms.

The hotel itself is old, cosmetic repairs have been made everywhere, it follows from this: the room is clean, bright, the furniture is oldish, the tile in the bathroom is already padded in places, we have seen our door, but we did not come to sit in the room.
The room is quite spacious, we had two 1.5 beds, a bedside table, a long table with a mirror, a trellis type, an ordinary small TV, a small refrigerator, a 0.5 liter electric kettle, a coffee table and 2 wicker chairs, a three-door compartment wardrobe, individual air conditioning is built above the door, very conveniently located.
Bathroom - 1.5 m bath with a curtain, a toilet with a bidet, a marble countertop with a sink, a very powerful hair dryer, a clothesline for drying clothes.
There are 2 plastic chairs on the balcony.
White towels, clean bedding.
The room was cleaned normally, given that all the attendants were men, a very nice young man made figurines from towels. And they were not cleaned on time, but when you say so.
As for the service, everything suited us, washing the child, the shower nozzle fell off, went to the reception and after 15 minutes replaced the shower head. Daughter liked her very much.
As for the hotel. The territory is not large, but very green and beautiful, everything is done very thoughtfully, and with a stroller there is where to take a walk and at the same time you won’t get lost.
3 swimming pools. 1 for children - 60cm depth, 2 - large and deep free bar, and 3 - warmest depth 1.2 m
The sea, of course, is said loudly. But we knew where we were going. You won’t enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea, but with children it’s the most. It’s safe and there is sand.
The only minus is near the pier and once oil was drained from the boat and it was not possible to swim. The beach is clean, quite elongated, there are a lot of sunbeds, you could easily come and sunbathe at any time. A lifeguard sits on the tower all day long. The boy constantly runs and straightens empty sunbeds, removes garbage.
Animation is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! from 10 am on the beach, dancing, dancing, water aerobics, volleyball, belly dancing, gymnastics, dancing.

After dinner, dancing. In the evening, a children's disco, then a program for adults (fakir show, comedy club, competitions, etc. ) and at 22-00 a disco. Animators are just smart.
Nutrition. This is a separate topic, for an amateur. You won’t stay hungry. Nobody got poisoned, we didn’t have any problems with digestion.
Breakfast - very tasty yogurt with different types of jams, very tasty omelette (cheese, tomato, onion, pepper, sausage), several types of buns, meatballs, cereals, delicious milk, vegetables, fruits, sausages fried with onions and peppers, boiled eggs , pancakes.
Lunch - vegetables, fruits, fried delicious pizza, rice, potatoes for garnish and 4-5 types of hot. Sausages, pasta, tomato sauce and mousse are on the children's table. There is a diet table. Pies, cakes.
Dinner is the best. There are 4 restaurants for dinner. The main, Oriental, Italian and my favorite Asian chef is just smart, he cooks meat, chicken and seafood in a sweet and sour sauce so deliciously
. You can walk with a plate to all the restaurants to choose and sit where you like. Mostly there are no alcoholic drinks, the rest are everywhere. As for lunch, the bar operates in an Italian restaurant.
The atmosphere is basically an ordinary dining room, Italian is more decent, Asian is intimate with candles, and in Oriental 2 zones are ordinary tables and low ones with ottomans (if my daughter was sleeping, we dined in Asian, and if not, then in Orintal on ottomans, she is very I liked climbing on them.
As for alcohol, I visited wine, ordinary dry, cool beer, you drink and don’t get drunk, I tried cocktails a couple of times, not bad.
Powdered juices are the norm, delicious cappuccino and nesquik from the coffee machine at the beach bar, soda Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite, etc.
During the day, you could easily have a bite to eat in bars (hamburgers, pizza, waffles, buns, etc. ). You didn’t go hungry. Ice cream was given every day.
In terms of nutrition, normal fruits were very lacking; there are practically none there. Sliced ​ ​ and soaked in water apples, oranges, grapefruits, green melons in fruit salad, dates, and sometimes green bananas.

All the service is great, they wear, wash, clean, etc. all day long.
Everyone was polite, in any case, everyone treated us very well. I really liked the attitude towards children, they love them there. In general, the hotel is family-run, there are a lot of children from a year and above, there are Germans, mostly of retirement age.
As for the work of Biblioglobus. Their job is only to sell you a tour and that's it.
If you take excursions, take it on the street, much cheaper and everything is the same. As for insurance, it is valid for the period of the trip and no matter who you go on excursions with.
