We rested with my daughter from 08/09/2013 to 08/17/013. There really is something to compare. This is the 6th trip to Egypt. This is the worst, and not because serious riots have begun throughout the country (although they have not yet affected the resorts), but because of everything that has been announced, everything is one continuous MIRAGE.
Everything was a mirage: water, light, food, animation, SPA, service.
And now in order. The owner of the hotel saves on everything.
The electricity was cut off every day in the evening. Air conditioning not in the dining room, not at the reception never worked. The lighting in the rooms is like in a cave, two lamps with bulbs of 40 watts. The power outage, the owners of this MIRAGE explain, is due to the installed modern equipment, which, due to overload, turns off the automation.
The condition of the rooms: all the rooms are not renovated, the furniture is broken, the plumbing is killed, the bath is old and dirty.
