I was in this hotel with my husband and aunt, from September 20 to September 30.2010, they arrived the day after the wedding. We took vouchers from teztour, everything was organized perfectly) Now, point by point:
Settlement.
Immediately as soon as we entered, suitcase porters ran up and began to take our suitcases from us, my husband tried to say that it was not necessary, they themselves this day, but they did not agree, they took them away and dragged them somewhere) We went to the reception, gave the documents, they began to offer us improve our living conditions and instead of two rooms (as we ordered) give one 2-room apartment with a very good view and location. But our aunt (an avid traveler with experience, unlike us) immediately protested that we needed what we ordered. We were persistently offered to at least see how great it was there, they assured us that we would like it and we would not want anything else. And only when we explained that we were newlyweds and we definitely needed separate rooms, they immediately nodded and quickly gave the keys to two rooms. While we were filling out the forms, they brought us juice. My husband and I got a room on the 4th floor in one wing of the hotel (No. 404), with my aunt on the 3rd floor in the other wing.

The setting of the hotel and the room.
Everything is just gorgeous! We really liked it) The hotel is not large in terms of the number of rooms, but it has a lot of nooks and crannies where you can sit, drink tea or read a newspaper. Everywhere is clean, the furniture is beautiful, every corner has its own style. All rooms in the hotel, as we understood, are of the same type, all have the same furniture, the same decorations (paintings) and plumbing. So wherever you are settled, others will definitely not be better)) as well as worse) The whole room looks chic, in the bathroom there is a full-wall mirror, a bathroom with a curtain, on the countertop with a sink the whole set for washing: shampoo, balm for hair, soap, shower gel, body lotion, hair cap. The room has a bunch of towels of different sizes, a kettle, mugs, bags of coffee, tea, sugar and cream, a safe, a refrigerator, a TV. And the view from the room is amazing. We were right on the sea, with my aunt on the pool, but the sea was also visible. In general, the hotel is made in such a way that all rooms face one side, all have a view of either the sea or the pool.
Sea.
The beach is coarse sand, near the water there is sand with small pebbles, the entrance is gentle, the depth is gradually increasing, there is a lot of space, you can swim calmly without disturbing anyone. There are some corals at the bottom, fish swim, though mostly pale, not colorful. In general, this is a lagoon, so there are practically no waves, so, a little excitement. Outside the lagoon, where it is no longer possible to swim, everything is like in a real sea, we even had a storm once, there were very large waves in the open sea, and everything is calm by the beach) The beach is generally very clean, the sea too, cleaners constantly went and took away vacationers have garbage so as not to scatter along the beach. Every day, the whole beach was “scratched” with a rake. There were free sun loungers at any time, of course, the best places were occupied in advance (from 7-8 in the morning), but for those who like to sleep, places could be found closer to noon. We always lay near the water in the center of the beach, because our aunt got up at 7 in the morning and went swimming before breakfast, at the same time taking places for everyone. The lagoon is separated from the sea by large concrete cubes on both sides, on the right side of these cubes an almost coral reef grew, a bunch of different fish, large and colorful, swam there, even a blue stingray sat constantly at the bottom. Everyone snorkeled there all the time. Yes, by the way, ALWAYS TAKE A MASK AND PIPE!!! ! Without them on the Red Sea, and especially on this beach, there is nothing to do. I had never swam with a mask before, so I didn’t take it, then I regretted it a hundred times, because I had to take it from my aunt. There is something to see here))

Food.
A very large selection. A huge variety of food for all tastes. But the three of us started having problems with the intestines somewhere on the 4th day . . Perhaps from the fact that in the first days they ate everything in a row, well, or from something else . . In general, we did not understand. So it’s better to take more pills in this case with you))
Service.
In general, the rooms are cleaned there every day, but we considered it superfluous, and when we wanted to be cleaned, they hung a sign on the door, and the rest of the time we had a “do not disturb” sign. Sometimes, when leaving the room, we met with the cleaner, and he offered to at least just change the towels, or put more tea / coffee. They always cleaned well, they left a dollar on the bed a couple of times, but there is no noticeable difference between cleaning for a dollar or without it. In the restaurant, the waiters, of course, first try to serve foreigners, and then Russians, but if you call them, they will bring what you need and pretty quickly. The staff is generally all friendly, in the mornings everyone they met greeted)) Very nice) Several times during the rest the manager came up and asked if there were any complaints, whether we like it.
Entertainment.
Well, it was not particularly interesting for us, we were at the sea all the time, but in general there were several animators, they conducted aqua aerobics, fitness on the grass, football, volleyball, table tennis, mini-golf competitions.
Tours.

We were on two: a paradise island (I highly recommend !!! ) and a boat with a transparent bottom + water park. Paradise Island is cool)) First they took it to the sea to corals, there are awesome corals, a bunch of fish, in general, it’s beyond words)) Then lunch on the island, and another 3 hours to swim and lie under umbrellas there (made of palm leaves, very beautiful ). The island has fine WHITE sand, and I have never seen such clear water in my life. Not far from the shore (at a depth of about a meter) there was a small coral reef, there were many beautiful fish and one healthy (cm 40) surgeonfish. I liked the second excursion less, they sailed directly from the pier near the hotel, sailed on a boat into the sea, and there they went down to the transparent bottom. The bottom is about 3 * 5 meters, we swam on the corals, but after we saw them live, it was not so interesting. After swimming, they offered to buy a disc with a video from the excursion, it cost like $ 10. The disk was then brought to the reception at the hotel, and the money was given there. There really was an excursion on the disk))) Nothing special, just walked through everyone who was several times, but still some kind of memory at least) I didn’t like the water park, before that we were on the Black Sea in Dzhubga, it was better there. Here, half of the slides were closed, on one of the slides my husband severely scratched his leg (the toilet is small =)), I almost choked in it, a lot of water was pouring out there. On another hill, it seemed to me that we would fly out of it at the turn . . There the fence was bad.
The overall impression of the rest is very good)) And we didn’t have any ants and mosquitoes)) The hotel is wonderful, the sea is even better, I advise everyone)))
