We rested from May 2 to May 6.2010.

The board is shabby. We also advise you not to pay extra for a business, because in terms of comfort it is no different from an economy one (2 rows of 3 chairs, just behind a curtain). Also see that you are not given the 28th row of the economy as we are, because it is the last one, by the toilet, does not recline and smells. Fed traditionally "no way" for the charter.
The flight itself went perfectly, the presence of a "calorie" in the mind of compatriots drunk in the morning (children of "Duty Free") was attached.

We flew back to Vnukovo, Atlant by Soyuz, board B737-800. In the line-up only economy, in our opinion 33 or 35 rows. We also advise you to ensure that you do not get the last row of economy, the situation is similar (see information about the flight there).
The service is much better than that of Vladivostok-Avia, the food is at the "charter" level. Compatriots at the traditional level.

- By the way, about the airport in Hurghada. It can be considered as a tourist attraction. In our rich experience of traveling around the world, this is the first case where we saw a market-bazaar on the territory of the airport (the territory behind the border control). Counterfeits, D&G, etc. The staff at the airport is not polite.
We honestly don't care, we clearly knew in principle what we expect from the trip for our money, but from the point of view of the Egyptian nation (at least those who work in the service sector), there is an understanding and vision of how far they have gone from the barbarians , Bedouins and representatives of the Tatar-Mongol yoke in their development. It's not for us to be sad about it. This is their problem. We have enough of our own similar problems, at the level of the same electric trains near Moscow.

- Hotel. Drive from the airport for 10-15 minutes. We lived on the second line, on the first floor. All liked it. The only thing was that we were given two separate beds upon check-in (we are a couple), but after a comment they quickly fixed it. Also in our room, the air conditioner was located directly above the bed, which, in our opinion, is a completely crazy decision of a local designer, because without it at night there is no way, and you can easily catch a cold with it. We passed, thank God.

There is a hairdryer, but for some reason it was hidden in a drawer in the room, we needed the help of the staff to find it. There is an ironing board and an iron, although the iron spits water, but in order to iron something that is not difficult, summer is quite suitable. Ours did it (smile).
There was some kind of living creatures in the bath, but at a level not to be noticed. A couple of times someone was crushed and that's it. Cleaning no issues. Everything changes every day, they spin the birds.
We met guys who also lived on the second line, but on the second floor in a family room (2 rooms + living room + balcony). They are newlyweds. They were presented with a cake from the hotel, etc. and they upgraded the room from the same one as ours to this one. This information is for those who are considering the option of a family room or the option of getting engaged to improve their living conditions on vacation.
The rooms that were on the first line were not.
Judging by what they saw from the street (thanks to the uncurtained balconies), it seemed that the furniture and interior were better there, but they agreed that there was absolutely nothing to overpay for. There are indeed a few rooms with balconies on the beach overlooking the sea, respectively. Maybe it makes sense to pay extra for them. However, is there a guarantee that they will give them?

- Contingent. Brothers Slavs, many with children, elderly Europeans, a few young Spaniards, in the end a young Chinese landing force was seen.

- The territory of the hotel. Everything is very neat and beautiful. It's nice to play. Didn't use the pools. There are some shops with local souvenirs, quite traditional. There are tennis courts, we did not play, but they look quite good and are functional for their intended purpose.

- The sea and the beach area. Walking to it from the territory of the second line is not annoying (no more than five minutes). I liked the area of ​ ​ the beach, sun loungers, towels, umbrellas, everything is great.

There are 2 open showers to bathe after the sea. We liked the sea itself, however, it is very salty. We agree with many that it is not crystal clear, but this is not some kind of defining minus. Quite worthy. On the beach, traditionally, local "offers" of massage, water sports, riding an Oscar (local camel), which constantly runs along the beach, get out.
With regards to water and sun: in recent days the water temperature was about +23. The sun is very "burning", it was very hot, we advise you not to forget to use "protection", at least of an average degree. Many burn themselves (especially when they play beach volleyball) and we were no exception, though a little bit and due to our own stupidity.

-Service. Generally ok. True, we are not problematic tourists, we do not whine about something that is constantly not working. . and so our contact with the staff was, as usual, minimal.
Liked several waiters in the restaurant who served well.
There is a good girl in "Guest Relation", if there are any ideas, etc. , then to her. Communication is mainly in English. Unfortunately, we do not remember her name.

- Animation. Animation team "Groundhog Day" is now in this hotel. Everything is the same every day. There is truth, some kind of animator from Romania, all on hinges, maybe if he has a few more worthy ones in the team ...then maybe. And so on zeros. Of course, there are also aqua aerobics and belly dancing training, but everything is not something that is not on the level, but the same thing every day. No decent discos, that is, generally dead, so after 23.00 either look for entertainment yourself, or sleep.
The only entertainment that is very popular and liked by many vacationers is beach volleyball. He is popular.

- Health Club. We went there to the sauna, hammam, peeling and jacuzzi on the first day.
The cost of this complex (in total, approximately 1 hour in time) is $ 25 per nose. The staff, including either the general manager or the owner, are nasty, intrusive and losing interest with a worthy rebuff (refusal), there was no desire to return to the “disgusting service” lagoon.


- The area next to the hotel. The first and second lines are separated by a road. On the side of the first line, there is a local promenade, with shops, multi-brand boutiques of the best “names of Italy”, “obtrusive Egyptian descendants, the best tailors, the best names of Italy”, boorish successors of oratorical traditions of bazaar merchants of the best countries of the world”. The only store we went to was a grocery and souvenir shop close to the hotel. There we bought cola for our cocktails, cigarettes and strawberries. Regarding the latter, bargain, and do not take more than 3 dollars.

- Nutrition.
We do not take into account the many opinions from the Internet, many regular customers of Michelin and Zagatovskie restaurants, regarding the lack of variety. You go to all inclusive, understand what you are going for, no, take only accommodation and eat in a la carte and you will have both choice and variety.
Indeed, the choice is not as huge as we had at the Hilton in Sharm and in other countries (hotels working on this food system), but you can more than satisfy the body's need for food.
Whoever writes about the fact that there are freshly squeezed juices for breakfast is wrong. These are packaged juices (orange, for example, with pulp, like in McDonald's) similar in appearance and taste to freshly squeezed ones, but nothing more.
Ice cream, which is daily, by the main pool, from 15.00 to 17.00 is really delicious, as many write.
Also, for food, outside the hotel, one of the vacationers advised us to the Litle Budha restaurant, a 20-minute walk from the hotel (leave the hotel on the right, because
if you catch a taxi, then it drives in a circle, but on the other hand, how to get there is up to you, because the walk lies along the local promenade. . Maybe it's better to take a taxi). The review from this vacationer is very good, they serve "licks", delicious seafood, excellent sushi, good draft beer. They sat with his words for 160 dollars for four, without denying themselves anything.

- Notes. English proficiency is a huge plus, as everywhere else. If you communicate only in it, without switching to your native Russian language, as we did, immediately a different attitude. Be friendly and smile.
