It was my first holiday in Egypt, so I can't adequately judge other hotels, so just feel. Tour. operator - Coral (Odeon).
1. Number. As expected 4/5. What is there: a small refrigerator, TV (3 Russian channels), air conditioning (very old, buzzing, but working), telephone, bed, bathroom. node (shower is normal, there was always hot water, but not boiling water), a table, a balcony.
2. Food. As expected 4/5. There was a lot of food (especially in the evening), but, unfortunately, the monotony was noticeable. Fruit was, but not much, I wanted a little more. Meat, desserts, fish - more than enough. All Inclusive benefits - drinks for dinner for free (including alcohol), lunch (for lunch, the abundance of food was the smallest, moreover, a lot of food for lunch is a subset of food for dinner), drinks on the beach and near the pool are free.
3. Service. As expected 2/5. The room was cleaned regularly, no complaints. The obsession and even impudence of the Arabs was very annoying.

They constantly want money and it is impossible to get rid of them. Of course, there are nice guys among them, and in general they are very peaceful, kind people in the main, it's just such a culture, and Russians often drunk often behave like pigs.
4. Excursions. As expected 4/5. I went to the Pyramids ($80), Luxor ($70), Safari Light (quad bikes + camels + Bedouin_village type) ($35). Transport - a rather comfortable bus (mers) in the first two, a safari - an Arab took a pickup truck, and there already on minibuses. Dry ration - full g.
At the pyramids and Luxor, they will try to lure you out of money for: hartush (such a medallion is garbage, after 2 weeks it broke), all sorts of oils, tea (hibiscus + yellow) - very expensive (walk around Hurghada - you will find much cheaper - landmark 7 $ for 1 kg Hibiscus), on a safari for Arafat (like without it, your eyes in the desert are a complete scam - in ordinary sunglasses I did not experience the slightest discomfort; if you want to buy - buy at the bazaar in Hurghada several times cheaper).

Another of the classic scams - upon arrival in Hurghada, at the airport they will try to get you a few dollars more for a visa in the window with your operator's picture - don't be fooled, but go a little deeper into the airport - there are official ticket offices on the right, where the visa is cheaper and at the same time you can change currency at the normal rate).

In short, I summarize.
It was my first vacation abroad and the feeling is very positive, I had a good rest (by the way, the weather was not super hot and thank God, but not cool either, basking in the sun is very comfortable, the sea is warm). However, the second time I would not go to Hurghada soon, not because it was bad and did not like it, but because the second time is not so interesting.
