It was the first time in this hotel. Read the reviews and were afraid of all sorts of horrors. But either in January there are few people and personal attention to each visitor, or competitors from other hotels write reviews, but they didn’t notice any of the described disadvantages.
Nutrition.
The food was excellent - we ate. 5-6 different dishes for each meal. Perhaps those who scold the food were expecting red caviar and super exotics, then I agree - there were no caviar and red fish, etc. But there, for the same breakfast, for example, 5-6 types of salads, and scrambled eggs cooked in front of you according to your order (you yourself say how many eggs, how many tomatoes, how much meat, etc. to add there), pancakes with different types of jam or butter, which some soup (because I’m describing breakfast, not lunch, then soup alone), some kind of meat, a side dish, a couple of types of stewed vegetables, cheese and sausage slices (THE IS INSANELY DELICIOUS CHEESE), fruits, pastries (INSANDLY DELICIOUS BAKERY from bread and toasts, to gourmet cakes, buns, pastries, oriental sweets, though they only appeared for lunch / dinner), and there are always quite banal cereals with milk. From drinks for breakfast, insanely delicious dried fruit compote. Coffee is really instant to taste, ordinary tea without flavorings, I took lemon or lime separately and crushed tea, plus from breakfast you can take any alcohol, my husband took red wine, many other compatriots took vodka. From fruits they give oranges, guava, fresh dates - apparently, what grows and ripens at this time. Lunch is clear pepper is more chic, and dinner generally takes place in a solemn atmosphere - all the hotel authorities come at the door of the porter, all the staff are exposed almost in tailcoats of dishes more than at lunch.

Bar
It’s hard to describe because I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband was constantly sitting there and our other compatriots too. I also often sat there, but took tea, coffee, mineral water or lemonades (there is a classic set of lemonades - cola, fanta, sprite)
By indirect evidence, I will assume that alcohol is normal there - since vacationers drank there from morning to evening and the next day they also came - and the Germans too.
Number
Great clean room on the second floor. Upon check-in, the truth was given $ 10 (five in each passport). In the room there are bedside tables, wardrobes, a huge, according to my feelings, not two, but a five-sleeping bed. What pleases behind the furniture is no dust - I dropped the ring behind the chest of drawers and had to move it - there was not a speck of dust (many hotels sinned not by complete cleaning). Room cleaning every day, and if you leave a dollar (or 6 Egyptian pounds), then very beautiful figurines are created from towels, and the bed is artistically sprinkled with petals) Our neighbors left a dollar there every day at the end of them works of art from towels were rolled up - moreover, standard two towels on this was not enough and they began to bring towels to room 8. There is a TV in the room (there are only 2 Russian channels), air conditioning-heater (it saved us on cold January nights), a spacious balcony with a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. Of the small drawbacks - they gave new soap only when they moved into the room - they didn’t change the soap anymore - but perhaps this is because a) we didn’t ask b) the cleaner saw that we didn’t wash these two pieces.
Territory
Not very big, but very well maintained area. Lots of artistically trimmed trees. super care for the garden

in the greenhouse, but the truth is they only monitor the vegetation, the asphalt, tiles and curbs have not been changed for a long time - cracks. And all the paths are only swept every day, but they are not going to change the tiles in the paths and repair the cracked asphalt in places.
Beach.
An excellent beach - there is a sandy edge, there is a pebble - what the soul asks for. Of the free amenities - sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses, towels, bar, fresh shower, toilet 2 pcs (on the pebbly side and on the sandy one). Minus - a very shallow sea - the buoys are up to my neck, I have to swim behind the buoys or near the pier. Another minus - no changing rooms - maybe it's just not the season.
Swimming pool.
A normal pool is also shallow though - up to my chest - but where I rarely met non-sports pools with a depth of more than 1.5-2 m. It is very convenient that there is an adult pool for children. The pool water is plain tap water (not chlorinated like in most pools). Minus the unheated pool. After 10-15 minutes of swimming, it becomes cold - either actively swim, or stand for a short time, sit, lie down.
Entertainment
Disco at the bar at the reception, 2 times a week belly dance, but this bar at the reception is not included in all inclusive - there are paid drinks. If you just come to dance, then it’s normal, but my husband is uncomfortable sitting like that and had to take something - and everything is paid there (the bar is designed for this).
But you can dance at the pool bar - though only until 22. There you can give them your flash drive with music. They have the equipment - for some reason there is no music.
And there is also a bunch of paid entertainment all sorts of massages, scuba diving, film screenings, surfing, etc. , etc. !
disadvantages
1. People complained that there was little entertainment. Solution - the bored went to the nearby Princess Hotel - there is animation, since it is also 3 star - they let it in without hindrance.
2. There is no exchanger, ATM and shops on site. The solution - the money is changed at the reception - though not very profitable. Everything is within walking distance outside the hotel.

3. The disadvantage of both Hurghada and Egypt as a whole is very affectionate merchants, it is impossible to leave the hotel almost by the hand they grab "buy-buy" and there are no fixed prices - bargaining is everywhere. Solution - I asked for a friend from the hotel staff and he (for a moderate fee) walked with me and then I could calmly walk in silence and stare at the windows and choose in silence in the shops. Solution 2 - everyone else used it - they just walked and did not pay attention or politely refused (specifically, I don’t know how)).
4. Our compatriots revel in the hotel to the point of a pig squeal, fight among themselves, vomit and yell, and the staff does not stop all this in any way, they just look so that they don’t break something or break it. In the mornings, there are heaps of garbage from them - bottles, cups, cigarette butts all on the floor - and there are ashtrays for every 2 meters, and trash cans at each post. Is it really difficult to throw a bottle in an urn, and a cigarette butt in an ashtray. Cleaning from 9 o'clock, you go to 8 for breakfast, and there the whole territory is littered. The solution is to just calm down.
5. The pharmacy has very expensive medicines and pharmacists do not understand Russian well, you have to show everything with gestures, instructions and composition of medicines in Arabic. The solution is to bring everything with you.
6. On the beach and the guide at the meeting is constantly agitating to go on some paid excursions, it is very difficult to get rid of. The decision - to say that there is no money - is immediately untied.
Just funny little things from personal observations.
1. In the hotel there are about 45% Germans, 45% Russians, 5% Finns, 5% Egyptians (apparently they live somewhere in the desert, otherwise why should they settle in hotels as a tourist).
2.40% with children, 50% couples and companies of 2-3 people, 8% arrived alone, 2% large companies
3.50% hotel regulars - they always go to this hotel in advance somehow book the same room. For example, a grandfather and granddaughter come to fish every year and go to the pier with fishing rods every morning.
4. There are many children of different ages. Apparently a playground, the presence of a children's pool and a shallow sea attracts tourists with children.
5. Very polite staff, but they understand more English than Russian. Russian is also known, but they speak badly.
