Rested with the whole family for the New Year 2009 - 14 days (2 children - 2 and 7 years old). First the pros:
the territory is large, clean, the food is not bad, even recovered. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are also changed every day. The animation is good, the guys did their best, thanks to them! Especially Kolya, Anya, Igor, David.
Now the cons:

the rooms are old, reminiscent of a soviet sanatorium of the 70s, the air conditioners are buzzing as if you are continuing to fly in an airplane, and not just anywhere, but in the tail, near the toilets. There are no beds as such. The bed is a concrete pedestal on which lies a thick mattress. It is somewhat reminiscent of a table in a dissecting room (doctors will understand me). It’s not cold to sleep, it’s just somehow unaesthetic, or something... The audience was motley, Russians and Germans somewhere in half, but the attitude towards the Germans on the part of the staff was more obsequious than towards our brother. Unfortunately, among our compatriots there were many representatives of the class "cattle", as, in other matters, and among the Germans. But! 4 stars are 4 stars, so let's not judge strictly. among the attendants there were Arab boys - frankly boorish, especially the guy in the bar on the street near the main entrance to the hall...
But in general, the rest was a success, there was absolutely no time to be bored, and they tanned wonderfully!
