My husband and I rested in this hotel at the beginning of December. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30, filled out paperwork and went for brunch. They checked us in at 12 o'clock, not at 14:00, and besides, instead of the standard one, we were given a larger room.
The hotel area is very large and very green, there are a huge number of swimming pools, most of which are heated, with different temperatures. All slides are heated, all worked, but in winter they are open until 16:30.
Evening programs include either a disco or live music; there are no entertainment show programs. The basketball court was dismantled.
The room was large and beautiful, but there was a problem with the key card. At first the door opened after the third time, after which it stopped opening altogether. We went to the reception twice with this problem.
