The Biblio Globus guides met us normally, the buses to the hotels were waiting in the parking lot - the delivery time was 20 minutes. There were no problems in the hotels either, they settled right away. We rested in the period from July 06 to July 20.2015, the temperature ranged from 39 to 43 degrees, but we didn’t feel much heat, because constant winds blow. The next day, the guide offered a number of excursions, including a hammam. It is better to go to the hammam in the hotel itself, because what is offered is not of the best quality, a trip to the city with a loss of 5 hours of time, and it turns out to be a little expensive. We took an excursion to the Nautilus, which we did not regret, a half-day excursion, everything was at the highest level, there were no complaints, a three-deck steamer, including a jacuzzi, a bar and a restaurant. At the bottom of the window for viewing reefs, then an hour of swimming in the sea with a mask and fins along the corals, and a very good buffet. The rest of the excursions are long - for the whole day and usually from 0500 to 2100. In the hotel itself, everything, as usual, the rooms are cleaned every day, tea, coffee, sugar, water are free, beach towels can be changed several times a day without problems. The food is at the highest level, there is almost everything you need, lovers of alcohol should not worry either - there is enough of everything, very tasty cocktails, especially on the beach and in the central lobby of the hotel. Bars open from 1000 and work until 0000. Three water parks, 10 swimming pools, 4 lobby bars, 4 snack bars. The first 10 days everything was just great, because the hotel was German and, accordingly, the Germans were 65 percent, 25% - Italians, French, Poles, Czechs, British, Slovaks, and 15% - our Russians! For the remaining 5 days, the percentage of vacationers has changed, there were already 50% of foreigners and 50% of our compatriots, and immediately it became somehow sad from how we behave unleashed, not respecting the rest of others and the laws of the host country, I don’t even want to write about it. Everything is expensive in the hotel shops, but outside the territory it’s literally a 5-minute walk, you can already bargain and buy good gifts, perfumes, etc. It gets dark early, already in 1830, there is no animation as such, there is live music, but not everyone day, many animations for children, but only in German. Foreigners mostly sunbathe by the pools, apparently they are used to it. We woke up early - at 0600, dawn was already at 0520, went to breakfast, then 0745-0800 went beyond the lagoons into the sea itself - where there are a lot of all kinds of fish, crabs, hedgehogs, etc. , you definitely need to take a mask and snorkel, goggles for swimming is not suitable, we swam in the open sea for 1-1.5 hours and went to the lagoon until 1100-1120, then a bar on the beach, again the lagoon and at 1320-1350 - lunch. Then 1-1.5 rest and then to the pools until 1700-1730. In the evening, of course, there is nothing special to do, and swimming in the sea after 1700 is prohibited - the nightlife of the local fauna begins, so after visiting bars and watching TV, they went to bed. Next year we will definitely go back to Hurghada, but already in Dana Beach Resort 5 * - we met Muscovites who had been vacationing in this hotel for two years - the reviews are enthusiastic, we also decided to try it, we hope everything will work out.

I want to pay more attention to the negative aspects that we encountered during the holiday, so that they do not come as a surprise to you and are taken into account when making a decision.
In order to pay tribute to the hotel staff, who do their job honestly and well, I still consider it necessary to list the advantages of the hotel once again: it is a large, beautiful and well-groomed territory, very friendly and helpful staff, good food, fresh rooms, high-quality cleaning.
Now for the disadvantages.
The absence of the sea. This is a well-known fact about this hotel and before the trip, many people know about the features of the coastline, but not to a depth of 200 meters, as some say.
Go to a depth of 600 meters in shallow water, the last 150 meters of them are waist-deep in water, sometimes overcoming low thickets of yellow algae. In general, I have never reached the depth ...some extreme swimmers swim to the left of the hotel in the bay, opposite the abandoned hotel, but the water is muddy there, the shore is rather dirty (bags, plastic glasses, bottles, ice cream wrappers), also in yachts are parked in the lagoon, which do not improve the ecology of this place ...in short, for an amateur ...
In the sea, about 150 meters from the shore, we stumbled upon a sea snake.
I swam a meter away from my wife with a small child. The snake is poisonous. At the hotel, no one warns about this when they told the staff - they began to convince us that it was a moray eel, but on the Internet there are a lot of videos with sea snakes in Hurghada, by which we confidently identified it. Therefore, be more careful in the sea, look under your feet, it is better to take children in your arms when you walk in shallow water.
They also discovered a very unpleasant moment: they categorically refuse to let children and adults with crosses on water slides. They demand to remove the cross. As a result, the rest passed for us without slides. All arguments from our side were ignored. This is the first time I've encountered this...
Separately, I note that so scrupulously on the territory of the hotel they do not monitor compliance with all the rules. Most vacationers behave
in the usual way: going to the dining room in shorts and beach shoes, diving into pools from the sides, riding down water slides in massive watches and jewelry bracelets, slowly dragging food from bars and restaurants into the room ...
This is prohibited by the hotel rules, but the staff practically does not react to these situations in any way, there is a clear feeling that the administration, not wanting to create a lot of conflict situations, turns a blind eye to violations of those rules that are violated by most vacationers on a regular basis, and in some situations that arise not so often - they show ostentatious adherence to principles.
This approach does not inspire respect ...
In general, the staff is very well trained, but on the territory of the hotel you will repeatedly run into employees of the SPA, beauty salon and affiliated seller of excursions, who will offer you their services rather intrusively. My personal best - 5 times I repeated "thank you, no need" before I was left alone. One day, one lady, who actively offers spa services, began to say quite sharply to my wife and I why we didn’t answer “Hello! ” to her “Hello! ” And immediately said “No, thanks! ”.
In general, be extremely polite, even if you are disturbed with such an offer for the 3rd time in the morning!
Additional pleasures in the form of a la carte restaurants, saunas, games for children on the Playstation - all for extra. fee. There are no one-time free visits. After the usual Turkish all inclusive, this hurts the eye a little ...
Regarding Tagil, the situation is generally favorable. For 12 days I saw only 3 manifestations. Most amused was the company of 3 men who were sitting at the pool bar, listening to the chanson from the radio they brought with them, cleaning the roach, pounding it on the table, and discussing the activities of a certain Sasha the crook, while swearing so that they could blush, probably even truckers...All this vividly reminded me of the atmosphere of a summer cafe near any of the metro stations, in the evening on the outskirts of Moscow : -)
Some of the pools are heated, but despite the absence of extreme heat, heating was turned off in all on April 22.
Both children and adults after that practically did not swim in the pools. The temperature was far from comfortable. Thus, in our case, we spent the last 3 days of rest in a hotel without a sea, without slides and without pools : -).
Bottom line: Objectively, for Egypt, the hotel is not bad, and even despite the above-described jambs, we can say that the rest was not spoiled. After all, a change of scenery in itself is already a vacation : -). But I don't want to go back to this hotel. I will say
more, for myself, I decided not to consider any more of the hotels of this chain.

There are seven large swimming pools on the territory, not counting the pools for kids, two with heated water. Lots of hills! Nearby is a deep lagoon in which they swam, the depth is quite decent. Two restaurants, very polite waiters, and this is understandable, the hotel is geared towards foreigners, many Germans, French, Italians, but all are friendly. The waiters communicate either in English or German, but with minimal knowledge of English, they fully understand what the client wants. They were fed for slaughter, there was everything except pork, and this is understandable. Lots of seafood, beef, chicken, vegetables and fruits. We had lunch on the beach in the lobby bar, because we were full at breakfast, but we didn’t want to go for lunch, because. It gets dark early, and I didn’t feel like having lunch, you can have a bite to eat anywhere, four lobby bars and plus six snack bars are enough. Alcohol lovers will not be bored here and vodka, and rum, and whiskey, and cocktails, wine. The wine, by the way, is decent enough - heartburn was not observed. The staff is very polite which is nice! We are ready to fulfill any wish, and this is understandable - the owner of the hotel is German, everything is strict! It is a pity that it gets dark early and after five in the evening it is forbidden to swim. As such, there is no animation, for a week there were only dances and songs live. I liked the hotel very much, everything is well-groomed and clean, the grass is cut regularly. Beach towels are changed in four places and without problems, either a replacement or a card. Refused immediately from the mini bar, booze and so enough. The only thing that depresses is our compatriots, and even then not all, but everything is just super. We will definitely go here again.
