We got to the hotel closer to 11, put on the bracelet right away, had to wait for the room, went for a walk around the territory. They went around everything, both ours and on the second line from the same chain. They noted for themselves only the presence of water slides, and so we liked ours more. The territory is small, clean with good landscaping, the staff always says hello and asks how we are resting. The room is small, bright, we don’t complain about cleaning, water is supplied to the room daily, towels are also changed, our cleaner was rarely seen, he did everything imperceptibly, in our absence, they left a tip. The beach is clean, the entrance to the water is good, without stones, there are some corals with fish. The food is good, the choice is quite tasty. Enough of everything, the staff is friendly, if you give a tip, they will pay special attention, remember preferences and try to please next time. Of the excursions were in El Gouna, my wife insisted, in the end they did not regret the trip, I liked it. And we were on a boat trip to Paradise Island (which is with umbrellas), swam with masks, yes, there are all kinds of corals and fish. They caught a taxi to the Marina (embankment), one way they went for 20 pounds. Yes, the Internet in the hotel is paid, it is better to take a local card with the Internet, 1.5 GB was enough for us, $ 4 for money, vibers / whatsapps work on their Ukrainian number.
The hotel is good, strong 4, we can recommend it, we can repeat it again.
