We arrived from Egypt three days ago. I can not write about this wonderful hotel. I want to say right away that we ourselves did not choose the hotel, other people chose it for us, which we did not regret for a second.
1. Settlement. We arrived at the hotel at 9.00, our suitcases were put in the pantry, we were taken to a restaurant and fed, after breakfast at 9.30 we were already in the rooms. The porter brought our things and didn't ask for anything (I mean tips).
2. Number. Next to the pool. Cosy. Like the photo on the website. There is a safe, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning (it worked, but we didn’t turn it on, we were fine without it : )), TV (plasma), in the bathroom there is a large shower, washbasin, bidet, 2 large mirrors. By the way, everything worked without problems. Our room had a view of the pool and the sea. Near the room there are two chairs for relaxing, devices for drying clothes. The beds are comfortable, the bed was comfortable. Sometimes small mosquitoes flew in and bit us, but this is a trifle. The window could be opened and covered with a mosquito net.

3. Cleaning and room service. The room was cleaned daily, bed linen, towels (2 large, 2 small and 1 for feet) were changed, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 bottle of water (1.5 liters) were left. We hardly saw the cleaner. It was as if a fairy flew in in our absence, maintained cleanliness and created comfortable living conditions for us. Therefore, the dust from the construction of the Hilton Hotel, which sometimes flew through the window into the room, did not linger in our room? ).
4. Nutrition. We had enough of everything and it was delicious. A variety of side dishes, salads, pastries, cakes. Fruits were melon, guava, orange, lime, pomegranate. There were many delicious desserts and fruit pies. There was ice cream at lunch (4 types: vanilla, chocolate, mango and strawberry). Alcohol was served for lunch and dinner (we took red wine). By the way, I will say to alcohol lovers that alcoholic drinks can be taken around the clock at the reception bar and from 21.30 to 24.00 in the Jo Jo bar. On the beach we took light cocktails, fresh juice, milkshakes, beer, pizza. There were no stomach upsets. (And then some scare them not to take cocktails with ice). There are coffee machines (5 types of coffee, we fell in love with cappuccino), you can make teas, take juices.
5. Staff. We have never met such attention, friendliness before. No importunity. We felt like queens and princesses in a kingdom that had everything for us. The world revolved around us. Any request was fulfilled immediately. We received answers to any questions that interested us. And so it was everywhere: at the reception, in the bar, restaurant, on the beach, just on the territory of the hotel. By the way, the staff speaks good Russian and is always very tactful and reserved.
6. Sea and beach. Gorgeous. And that's it.
7. Additional services. Near the beach you can order massages, visit the sauna, as well as go diving and parasailing. We had a massage (for the first time 15 minutes - free of charge) and parasailing. All liked it.

8. Excursions. We took an excursion to the water park "Jungle" from the hotel guide. The slides were great, but I didn't like the organization (we weren't picked up on time from the water park). Super safari, Luxor (Valley of the Queens), Super Island Utopia, El Gouna we ordered from Mof Landius. Moff himself is a very charming person. The general impressions of these excursions were as follows: excellent, super, magnificent, chic. By the way, at the reception before a long tour, we ordered dry rations and a late dinner. We were given dry food at 4 in the morning and at 23.30 we were fed with dinner, and hot, and they brought so much that we could not eat even half? (2 types of side dishes (rice and pasta), fish, beef and chicken; sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ cucumbers and tomatoes, even soup was offered, drinks - it goes without saying).
9. What did not like. In the neighborhood there is a construction of Hilton, from it dust flies on the territory of the hotel and workers from the construction site sometimes shout something after. But this is not the fault of the Jewels Sahara hotel, and we did not pay attention to the cries of the workers.
