But from the printout it is clear that in my absence, the staff goes to the room, but it is not clear what he is doing there, because there is no cleaning of the room, no change of bedding and towels. It is also useless to contact the police, no one will return the money, I will just waste time and nerves. The guide from Tez Tour Mataz is completely inadequate. he is only busy sending our tourists on excursions, he doesn’t know how to talk normally and is not going to deal with your problems. If you want a normal holiday, then choose another hotel!
