As for me, I was comfortable in the hotel, but the people who were with me said that this hotel does not pull on a four. Of course, there were not big problems in the room, especially in the bathroom: the shower stall was leaking a little, a little bit of mold, but I think all hotels have a few such problems. The staff is quite friendly, smiling, answering questions, we had no conflicts with them. The only thing is that there were three of us in the room, and only 2 towels were constantly brought to us, maybe because they didn’t see the 3rd toothbrush : )) The food is quite varied. The hotel is small, for 300 people, the territory is also not large, the courtyard is very beautiful there is greenery, palm trees, everything is clean, well-groomed, always watered, garbage was removed, everything was pretty good. The pools were heated. The hotel is located on the outskirts, the old town is far to reach. The beach is not big, it is located on the territory of the hotel courtyard, there is a smooth entrance to the sea, slippers were not needed, it was possible to swim like that, however, there were few stones, there was also a reef not big, there were not many fish, but still they were there , could be seen. We are not very satisfied with the work of the guide, we were offered excursions and described that if we take it from local agencies, the conditions will be terrible, the quality is terrible, no one will even offer water, we naturally agreed to buy an excursion from the guide, since we are not experienced and for the first time in Egypt . We were given more attention, given bottled water, which, by the way, was not on the tour, bought from the guide at the hotel.
