Hello gentlemen tourists =))

Perhaps my impression of a week spent in Jewels Sahara Boutique will help someone (I think the last word will be applied to it only after a total repair of all premises and replacement of equipment =))

Accommodation: brought to the hotel at about three o'clock in the morning, got a room above the reception (№91). The dead plumbing, the smell in the bathroom and the view of the construction site are not at all the ultimate dream, although according to reviews it was ready for anything. It is worth noting that this is not such a bad option for a few hours, since a large group was settled a couple of days before departure, one woman got a service room, at least for half a day, but I would not want to spend the night in such a place. We went down to the reception, promised to replace it in the morning, which was done after breakfast and twenty dollars.

Another room turned out to be almost on the beach (second floor, No. 64, it may not be convenient for someone to constantly walk up the spiral staircase, due to their age or health.
It is, but which one, everyone decides for himself, because they do not argue about tastes. Our opinion is that it is weak and monotonous in the hotel, although I understand perfectly well that this is not only the specifics of the country, but also the cost of the tour, the lion's share of which is determined by the flight. Queues are observed, but, to a greater extent, their presence depends on the time of arrival at the dining room (of course, I'm wildly sorry, but I can't call this place a restaurant =)). There were no problems with what to eat or with the stomach, although, like many, after reading reviews, I brought a lot of gastrointestinal remedies =)

Drinks - two types of UPI, Luxor bottled beer, tequila, rum, whiskey, white and red wine, pepsi-type lemonades, etc. , black tea bags, coffee from a machine, milk and alcoholic cocktails.
Menu: regularly for breakfast - scrambled eggs with or without fillings (if you have time to ask the chef before he mixes something =)), scrambled eggs, porridge, cereals, fresh and stewed vegetables, cheese (two or three types), inedible sausage (one kind), delicious pastries, rolls, jam, butter.

The list below does not indicate the presence of every day or three times a day, it was just noticed in a week - potatoes (casserole, boiled, baked, stewed), rice, pasta, stew, olives, lasagna, meatballs, chicken, grilled fish, kebab, liver (I liked it), salads (didn't try any); fruits - green melon, pink pomegranate, dates, grapes; cakes, desserts (I'm not a fan of sweets, so I can't say anything), soups, broths, ice cream. This is from what I remembered, I think I forgot a lot of things =)
Snacks during the day: reception bar (open around the clock) - a couple of types of pastries, drinks; pool bar - drinks (from ten to sunset); beach bar - buns, hard salted cheese, cucumbers (maybe something else from what was left after breakfast), drinks.

Service: the room was cleaned well, linen and towels changed every day, a liter of water and a bottle of cola appeared regularly, probably stimulated by tips left.

There were systematically no places in the dining room due to the fact that the plates were not removed after previous tourists. At the same time, there were incidents of a different plan - people picked up food and left for something else, returned, and everything was removed there, moreover, along with the things left nearby. From time to time there are poorly washed dishes, or the absence of glasses in the area for hot drinks, but you can choose plates elsewhere, and just wait for the replenishment of dishes.
Gardeners take care of the territory every day, bartenders follow their duties with a certain laziness, although the same tip encourages more active actions =). Drink service at dinner, it seemed to me, should have been carried out by waiters, but it’s easier to go and take everything yourself, since this system is not very well-established, yes, and the tourists themselves create chaos in their attempt to get everything and more .

Staff: responsive, friendly, try to the best of their attitude to work and influence from outside. The owner periodically appears on the territory of the hotel, sometimes plays volleyball, gives orders and chastises the staff, which leads to small changes, but not so obvious and lasting. On Mondays at 18:30, he holds a meeting with tourists (we were not present, so I can’t judge the benefits of this phenomenon).
There should be no problems with understanding, since almost 99% are Russian-speaking tourists, the staff is trained in the process of communication.

Animation and entertainment: a tennis table by the dining room, billiards (you will have to go down to the beach for accessories), air hockey, table football (I have never seen them used) are located by the pool; darts, volleyball twice a day, stretching, water gymnastics, some dancing - on the beach. In the evenings, in the bar on the beach, there were competitions "Miss Hotel", "Mr. Hotel", "fire show", discos (including children's), animators take them to a disco in the city, but none of this was of interest.

The sea and the beach: wonderful =) There were always enough sunbeds, however, some tied them with things, probably having gained experience in other hotels, where the battle for a place in the sun began in the morning.
Territory: compact, which was a plus for us, clean, green (the sewerage of the Hilton Plaza hotel cannot be put anywhere from the fence near the reception, so the accompanying smell will remain).

Conclusion: the vacation went very well, in fact, what they counted on, they got. Neither enthusiasm nor tantrums happened, hungry swoons too =)) If you look at things rationally, purely my opinion, the hotel is a good three-ruble note, because overestimating only because "all the staff are smiling", "you don't spend much time in the room" or " We didn’t go hungry, ” I think it’s inappropriate.

Thank you for reading to the end and have a good rest! =)
