Overall, the vacation was great. Everything is wonderful from the territory to the sea.
The pluses are the territory is huge, green, with many pools and a large water park. Everything is clean, the sunbeds are new, the animation is at the highest level.
Food - seafood every day, birds...enough sweets, popcorn, cotton wool for children. You can list a lot, but the main thing is that there is nothing to find fault with.
Sea:
the sunset is from the beach and pier, fish that you can look at with masks, even if you are lucky you can see squid.
But there are also minuses
We came to this hotel 2 times and here we were surprised with the check-in, the remote bungalow is dirty and poorly renovated.
After many requests to change the room, they gave me a room in Leila, a neighboring hotel in the same area, and then the question arises why I paid for Jungle and have to live in a remote building in a completely different hotel, and this despite the fact that it is much cheaper than the one we booked. But it was a better option than the first one. Therefore, it did not spoil the impression, but I would like to pay attention to it.
Food: everything is very tasty and varied. Several types of meat, fish, a lot of vegetables and fruits.
I really liked the rooms: spacious, clean, with an interesting design (I'm attaching a photo).
Huge heated water park! And also a lot of pools, which is a plus, since the hotel is not on the first line. There is a shuttle to the beach, the entrance is sand, convenient.
By the way, the bracelets were put on immediately and also, upon departure, while we were waiting for the transfer, the bracelets were not cut off.
Near a large shopping center.
We had a very good rest.
We reviewed the beach. In my first review, I wrote that we were not impressed. So going down to the beach, you need to walk a little to the right, and completely different views open up. It is a pity that only YESTERDAY we realized this. Great pier to dive from. The underwater world is really not very bright. Lots of good comfortable beds. The water is turquoise, just did not want to leave the beach.
The bar on the beach is not very good, as my Dasha says "Take yourself", a bun with a cutlet, a bun with sausage, cabbage, fresh carrots, cucumbers, and a modest pizza. That's the whole range. Drinks: pepsi, sprite, beer.
Evening animation is different every day, but the children's is repeated. My child was like two or three times and stopped.
Of the minuses, yesterday the lock hung in the neighbor's door, the alarm went off, and it beeped for half the night, called the reception, sent someone, he told us "Finish of the battery", and left. Then I called two more times, but nothing changed. The serenade went on half the night. It all stopped only when the owners of the room came.
But despite all this, I definitely RECOMMEND this hotel. Delicious cuisine, awesome coffee, a good water park, several heated pools. Great cocktails for kids and adults. And nice staff, very polite. No one has ever (except for the Anex tour guide) been rude or rude to us. Rest were satisfied.
Let's go home, let's lose weight. )))
Large comfortable rooms, not new. But comfortable enough.
Well-groomed territory.
Sooo delicious cocktails, Pinna Colada...Mmmm...And another one, I don't remember the name...Bomb
Pretty tasty food. Dasha appreciated junk food, in the style of fries, burgers, pizza, and other nonsense.
Coffee ...Fragrant coffee, in a huge assortment. And served in beautiful tall glasses.
Heated pools even in the month of November.
(Usually heating is turned on from December)
A huge plus, upon arrival, we were not hounded at the reception, but were immediately put on bracelets, although it was 7.30 in the morning, and sent to breakfast. After breakfast, we were seated immediately. And this is a real Respect to the hotel.
And the smell...Awesome smell of flowering trees in the area. In a room with an open balcony...It's amazing...Mmm
We went to the sea, the beach was not impressed. It's not nice to go barefoot. The water in November is cool for me. I don't like to swim in this.
In general, the beach is not particularly liked. We didn't see any fish, so we didn't dive.
- poor housekeeping, even for tips.
- glasses and glasses in restaurants were often unwashed, with lipstick marks.
- The transfer to the beach was very poor. Often there was one bus for 2 hotels (Leila is nearby). Leaving the beach for lunch is another test. Not infrequently I had to stand for 40 minutes in the heat, then ride in a crowded bus. 2 times there were fights for a seat on the bus. If you walk, it will take 27 minutes, in the scorching sun.
- Jungle beach is very bad, especially at low tide. There is no place to swim. As a result, they stole a towel. Interestingly, the guards of Dana Beach allow Arabs to use the sunbeds (despite the fact that they have bracelets from the Jungle Hotel). In general, there is a special attitude towards the Arabs, and it is felt.
- food is monotonous. Breakfast is poor.
We contacted the guest relation and the hotel manager Ali about problems with the transfer. Result 0.
From the pros:
Aquapark
Tasty coffee
Live music
We won’t come to this hotel anymore. I won’t recommend it either. It’s a pity I can’t add photos and videos of fights in a crowded bus in this review. The sediment was unpleasant. I got the impression that tourists are not welcome here.
The water park is huge and awesome. We never waited for a transfer to the sea for more than 5 minutes, it also took 5 minutes to go. The beach is small, but there are enough places. Definitely need corals. There is a queue for a beer on the beach, you need to bring towels with you from the hotel. The sunbeds on the beach are ordinary, wooden, but in the hotel they are cool, with a sun visor. We left the hotel at 19:45, at 12 we sent 2 rooms, the third was extended until 18:00 for $50. The bracelets were not cut, so we had lunch and dinner. In general, the hotel is worth the money, you can return there, especially if the sea is not a priority.
Huge area of the hotel. Lots of pools. Water park - the slides are quite extreme, but the children ride all day long. Near each slide there is an instructor. And he does not just sit, but really keeps order. Regulates descents, makes sure that only special laps are used for descents, etc. The child rode himself while I was relaxing downstairs by the pool, and I was calm for his safety.
Separately, I want to write about the rooms - the rooms are in the form of a bungalow, very spacious, high-quality cleaning. At the exit from the room in the courtyard of your pool. Those. for every 16-20 rooms there is a separate pool. Moreover, a fairly large pool with a separate area for children and adults where you can swim.
Several restaurants operate. Thanks to this, there are no queues. The choice of food is large. Perhaps only their sausages were tasteless. But acquaintances said that this is generally the problem of the Egyptian sausage. But there were also very worthy dishes - for example, delicious donuts for breakfast. large selection of fruits. But there were practically no fish dishes. But with all the variety of food - this minus did not affect the impression in any way.
The sea carries a bus every 20 minutes. Has its own beach. This beach is divided into 2 parts - part for tourists Jungle and part hotel Dana (also Albatros network). For swimming it is better to walk 10-15 meters
to the left where there are already sun loungers Dana beach. Since the descent into the sea is much more pleasant there - a gentle descent and sand. Nobody forbids doing this.
In general, the impressions of the holiday are very good. If you want to thank the staff - take small dollars "for tea" with you. The guys are all friendly and work hard. At the same time, they work there for a penny. They also love our chocolate. So you can also bring chocolates and sweets with you and leave as a thank you.
In my opinion the hotel is more suitable for families with older children. Because with children under the age of 8 it is dangerous - a huge territory, a lot of pools - it's hard to keep track of a child.
