Tour operator Tez Tour. Special thanks to the representative of Tez Tour - Magdi! Helped and resolved issues. Liked it very much. After reading the previous, directly opposite reviews, I expected the worst. But I was pleasantly surprised.
Yes, of course, this is not 5 stars, but it corresponds to 4 stars. And maybe even 4 plus. Very original view from the outside and a beautiful hall inside. The rooms are quite spacious, the room had a stunning view of the sea, however, paid extra at the reception at check-in. Would have given such a number without baksheesh - it's hard to say. The room really lacked an individual safe, so money and documents were carried with them. True, there was a safe at the reception, but they did not use it. The room is normal. On the floor - tiles. The shower is not a shower cabin, but a polyethylene curtain. It was cold in the room, it was still winter, so the air conditioner was constantly turned on for heating.
The sea is no more than 100 meters from the hotel. Wonderful: clean, warm enough, about 20 degrees. Coral reef off the coast. We bought slippers and there were no special problems. The food is normal. Quite varied. Good quality, especially salads and meats. But no fish, terrible! It is better to eat in a fish restaurant in the city. The hotel is small and really cozy. I like it - free sunbeds on the beach, no queues at the restaurant.

Calm hotel. The main contingent is Russians and Ukrainians. There are Germans, but not many. Not only married couples had a rest, there were quite a lot of young people. Who wants to have a good time - you can take a taxi to the city to a disco. The hotel is right on the road - taxi no problem. You can go both to the New City and to the Old. We even walked: about an hour's walk. The animation is not bad, although I'm not a fan. Every day exercises, volleyball, belly dance. In the evenings, the hotel has a disco, but there are not enough people there, and drinks are paid. They ride a camel on the beach, they make a wonderful massage: hello to Noha and Fatima! You can go windsurfing. Just be careful: paid for windsurfing lessons: 3 hours. Skated for two hours. Then the instructor changed and pretended not to know anything, but there was no contract left. In the end, all the same, he gave dokatat this hour. So no complaints. I recommend a trip to Luxor and a bathyscaphe from excursions.
The hotel staff is normal, friendly, unobtrusive. They didn't steal from the room, though we didn't leave anything of value there. Would go again to this hotel if given the chance. In terms of price / quality ratio, it is very profitable. But I want to visit Sharm al-Sheikh.
