I returned from vacation three weeks ago.
I was in Egypt for the third time, so I thought I had an idea of the rest and the level of service in the hotel, which declares itself as 4 *.
First of all, the ONLY plus in the hotel is the SEA.
Really - the sea, corals, the underwater world, which can be seen on this beach made the holiday enjoyable : ), what can you say about everything else.
I'll start with WI-FI, because when I came on vacation I needed to contact my family. The connection is so lousy that it was not possible to use it and you have to enter the password every day. I had to buy seven 10MB cards at the hotel - $ 15.
Rooms - the hotel is old, so we did not expect chic rooms, but we would like them to be at least clean.
Two rooms that were offered to us (there were 4 of us): one had a broken door in the closet (they lay there until the next evening) until we started to make a fuss (we reported the breakdown at the settlement). In another room the door was jammed (I couldn't open it from the middle). The next day I did not open them, but actually made minimal effort broke. So that you understand - the master came, put the fallen piece of wood in place, even without a screwdriver stuffed the bolts that flew out and said that the door was repaired .....I was hysterical, because the safe in the room was also broken ...We were offered other rooms - it was disgusting (smelly, even dirtier) .....in short, we knocked out another room, in the first repaired all the breakdowns .....NOT long we were happy to change the number ...did not pass and half a day, as the light went out in the room ....when you insert the key-card, it seems to be locked somewhere, so the light is over ....Promised to repair ...
at dinner they came from the beach ...all unchanged, so I had to stuff the key with a twisted sheet of A4 paper and there was light ...when we came to repair, they made us unlimited light - with key and without -light, air conditioning worked around the clock. The hair dryer was repaired, but it was so electrocuted that we did not use it.
Whether for $ 1 or without it - the rooms were not cleaned ...the floor was probably washed in the spring, at best ....The suitcase could not be washed .....Although for a dollar they made the bed and brought clean towels on time. .
Drinking water - the problem. In the room brought 1.5 liters of water per day for two ....etc. ) not just tin ....(painted sparkling water) ....about cocktails, I'm generally silent. made a completely different burda.
I do not drink alcohol, so I refrain from commenting.
In all hotel bars, restaurants there is a problem with utensils (plates, forks, glasses, miners - dirty) honestly, it was disgusting to eat, everything was wiped .....
The food is monotonous, but no one will be left hungry. We came to our hotel to eat from a neighboring 5-star hotel. .....so we always had lunch at a restaurant on the beach ...it was more pleasant to be there. For dinner we booked in advance in this restaurant on the beach (ala Italian, Chinese and oriental cuisine) ....for breakfast in the room made coffee, which was brought from Ukraine.
Aqua Park - on the fourth day, was finally opened at the announced time.
I will not write about animation and entertainment .....it is individual for everyone ...I did not get out of the sea so for me this question was not relevant ...

I want to say that the territory of the hotel is quite well-groomed ...although everything around was falling apart ...there was always pleasant, light music on the territory.
I will say that I can write a lot of negatives about this hotel.
