"Lyubof" did not work out for us at first sight, or rather, check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 8-30, and they started to check us in only closer to one in the afternoon, the staff at the reception is arrogant and does everything so that you give money (for example , they offer to pay extra for a room in the neighboring "sphinx" and show with all their looks that they don't care where you will be (they offered a girl with a one-year-old child to put the child to sleep on the beach, but not to settle faster); the rooms overlook the road, where taxi drivers constantly honk and motorcycles drive, it’s really impossible to sleep, the rooms are old, the towels and beds are very well-worn; the cuisine is not very diverse, but you won’t stay hungry, at “rush hour” you had to wait until the forks or spoons were washed (they were simply not enough ); the animators tried their best and there are no complaints about their work, but the costumes are old and scary. This is not a 5-star hotel and it will never be, if you are used to quality service, YOU DONT GO HERE !!! !
