There was a fire in the hotel during the rest, namely the 4th and 5th floor. The staff instead of warning to come out, it was very smoky nothing was visible, they all rushed to put out the fire alone, very negligent attitude. We didn't need anyone who wanted to do that. We slept the rest of the night in the lobby with the children, then somewhere before lunch we were moved to a nearby hotel in a cell. When there was no fire, everyone was kind and friendly. We ordered a lunch box on the way home, an hour before leaving the hotel the lunch was not ready yet, we had to wait another 1.5 hours, because of this box the bus was delayed for half an hour, and then we were told to pay three dollars otherwise we will get nothing.
