We tried not to pay attention to the shortcomings and tune in to rest, the last thing we wanted to do was spoil our mood. In general, we had a good rest, but this is not the merit of the hotel. Settled quickly, this is a plus, the room - you can live, everything worked. The towels are good, fluffy, clean, the cleaner changed daily, the bed maybe once, I don’t know, the cleaning is superficial. They didn’t take water from the bar, not really knowing whether it was paid or not, they bought it in the market, then sometimes they collected it from the cooler in empty bottles. Meals for 4, in general, not bad. Wine was taken, normal, you can drink. Dinners liked more, more varied. The food is not salty and spices in moderation. Delicious baked (or grilled? ) eggplant. They made their own coffee and tea. Instant coffee.
The territory is pleasing to the eye, green, beautiful, the pools seem to be clean, there are slides, we did not ride and did not swim in the pool, preferring the sea to chlorinated water.
The biggest plus of this hotel is its location in the city, on the main Sheraton street with a bunch of all kinds of shops, cafes, exchange offices and other things. Across the road there is a Metro supermarket where you can pay by card, the prices are normal there, we bought water and juices in bags there, the choice of juices is good, we tried everything)), in the hotel there is only UPI)), we also bought fruits, but on the "street" on trays the choice is much more than in the market. Regarding currency exchange, there is a machine on the site in front of the hotel, but we changed at the exchange office across the road. Also on the opposite side there is a Vodafone brand store, they bought a SIM card there, though I had to go twice, it turns out I need a passport. The price for 1 GB cost 45 pounds, the SIM card itself is paid separately for 20 pounds, it was immediately installed and configured. Not far from the hotel there is McDonald's, we did not go, but suddenly someone will need the info). If you leave the hotel to the right, in a 10-15 minute walk there is the Marina embankment, we went several times, walked, and what to do in the evenings, the more it gets dark early, we left the beach after three, it gets cool on the beach. There is animation, but we are not interested in this type of "entertainment". There are enough sunbeds on the beach, it’s hard to move them from the shade into the sun, powerful ones, the husband dragged them, but it will be difficult for a fragile girl or lady of age, the beach workers didn’t really help. The entrance to the sea is a little rocky, due to the transparency of the water you can enter carefully, but it’s better to wear protective shoes. I offered a choice of several boat trips, we stopped at Utopia, snorkeled, we had a lot of fun, the fish are very beautiful, many species, live corals of various colors and shapes, great! We had a delicious lunch on the yacht, which was also included in the price. The trip is not expensive, but there are more than enough impressions. I will not say anything bad about the staff, there were no problems or misunderstandings, smiling and pleasant guys.
