The main advantages of the hotel are its location almost in the center of the city, the first line and beautiful territory, but the service is very poor and even sometimes the aggressive attitude of the staff, which is not only unacceptable, but terrible. And it is the staff that should smooth out all the shortcomings of the hotel, and not aggravate the situation. Plus, we were spoiled by good weather, and a surprisingly warm sea, which was not even expected. The beach is good, the entrance is sandy, the water is clear, swimming is a pleasure. We almost did not feel the wind, it seemed warm, and in the evenings it was possible to walk without warm clothes, and we foolishly took a lot of them, but almost did not use them)). Now about the most unpleasant, namely the staff. There is no reaction to the order in the lobby bar, you can wait half an hour, and then simply not get the ordered drink. If you get up from a table in a restaurant, then it can simply be removed, even if we just sat down at it, and this can be seen even from the plates with untouched food that have just been placed on it. . There is simply a shortage of clean dishes, and sometimes instead of wine in glasses, they brought it to us in plastic cups. But I just want to tell you about a glaring case when a guy from the animation almost beat a vacationer with us, we were in shock. The first thing that struck me was the meager cost, they didn’t even believe it at first, it turned out that the prices were three times lower than what the hotel guide offered them to us. Yes, and personal communication, which was not sprayed on the crowd, but was focused only on us. And the service is simply amazing, comfortable transport and excellent lunches, which were included in the cost of excursions. We rode almost all over the country. We went to Cairo, but what about without the pyramids)). The excursion to Luxor, through all the old temples and antiquities, turned out to be incredibly beautiful. But the most memorable was a boat trip to the island of Utopia, with swimming, a rich reef and a seafood lunch. We also liked to walk around the city, where you could buy inexpensive and tasty fruits, and we really missed them in the hotel restaurant. And all the food was normal. Not very tasty, but not quite tasty either. . You can eat, there seemed to be a choice, and everything became boring by the middle of the rest. The meat is mostly stew, beef is very rare, mostly chicken. There are also not many fresh vegetables, also by and large stewed. Everything is sweet for one taste, only the colors of the cream differed, but in the middle there is still the same biscuit. The only consolation was very tasty and fresh pastries, but you won’t sit on it all the time. I won’t even talk about animation, I think it’s clear. All in all, apart from the staff, the hotel is ok if the price tag is low, but we definitely wouldn't come back here.
