The hotel is located on the outskirts (no one wrote) so shopping nearby is very bad and everything is much more expensive. For shopping, you need to go closer to Hurghada for 10-15 minutes by taxi ($ 2-3). The territory of the hotel is huge: the main building and plus houses, which are located on the terraces. The hotel has about 900 rooms. We got a room on the top terrace. It didn’t bother me, going down and up to the sea along the stairs for 10-15 minutes. For lunch, in the main building, go about 5 minutes. For some, this will be unpleasant. You can look at the map of the hotel and estimate the distance on Google.

There was no hot water in the room (there were 5 rooms in the whole house), although the cold water was normal - you can wash yourself. It was possible to go and pay extra to change the room, but waved... maybe in vain? They couldn't get it done for 2 weeks. Appealed to the rec-n, the hotel guide, the representative of Coral Travel - fed with promises. Such a problem in many houses (according to the residents of other rooms). There are no such problems in the main building. Red ants lived in the bathroom, but very large ones - although they didn’t bother either. If you sleep with an open balcony, it’s good, but very small mosquitoes fly in and bite, you need to turn on the fumigator. Cleaning in the room is decent and daily. For tip art on the bed, although a week later the cleaner changed, and the art, even for a tip, was gone. The plumbing worked, but three days before the departure, the faucet dripped and it was never done. There was water on the bathroom floor.

His task is to sell excursions that are much cheaper on the street or on the beach. As he just doesn't..... , I won't, but it's very unpleasant. This is the disease of many hotels. We took diving and tours on the beach, it’s cheaper, the relationship is kinder and the conditions are an order of magnitude higher than those of the guide (I won’t say for everyone, maybe we were lucky).
Wonderful weather. 2 weeks of sun and heat. During the day up to 30. At night 22-24 is ideal. Water is also 25-26. Cold in the shallow water in the morning. On the pier where it's deep - it doesn't cool down overnight. There are few swimmers on the sandy beach until 11 o'clock. The beach is very good on the right side - clean sand. There are a lot of old corals on the left and you can cut your legs. It’s good on the pier - maybe not the most beautiful places, but there is something to see with a snorkel and a mask. Lots of beautiful fish. I saw a barracuda, a moray eel and an octopus lived there all the time. Depth for an amateur, from 2 meters to 8.
The animation is very weak. In the evening there is absolutely nothing to do, if only to leave.
Food - we weren't hungry. Pretty decent. There was beef and chicken and fish. Other reviews on the forum have written in detail. Much worse than in previous years. The attitude of the staff, cleanliness and atmosphere in the restaurants leaves much to be desired. At 19 o'clock there is a queue for restaurants, later it dissolves, although the density in restaurants is constantly high. Restaurant by order 1 time per check-in, you can not go - you will not lose anything, just pay for drinks that are free in bars and the same swill. Dishes, nothing special, just beautifully served.
