The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of a travel agency, there were initially doubts about the beach, but it was the best option from what was on the date we were interested in and within the available budget. By the way, the tour operator was Join Up, around which there are so many scandals now, but we were apparently lucky, everything was organized wonderfully.
2. We arrived at the hotel early, at 7.30 am. The staff greeted us very politely and kindly. I’m getting ahead of myself, I want to say that there are no complaints about the staff, everyone is very polite, they try very hard to please, but if you also give them a dollar, then they will generally wear it on their hands! Almost everyone speaks Russian, if necessary, you can explain yourself to them in broken English, there is no language barrier as such.
Let's continue. Upon arrival, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. Check-in was immediately said to be at 14.00, at best at 12.00. If you are not very tired and you do not have small children, I recommend not spending money, as well as time persuading to settle earlier. Leave your bags in the storage room, change your swimwear (you can use the toilet) and go to enjoy your vacation on the beach or by the pool. That's just a towel, it is advisable to take at least 1 from home, because. you will receive cards for towels together with the room card only upon check-in. We were with a child, he was tired from the flight, he wanted to sleep, so we had to resolve the issue for $ 10. As a result, we were still settled only closer to 12.00.

2. Room: very large spacious rooms, furniture and plumbing in good condition, air conditioning, TV, electric kettle, hair dryer, safe, everything is in working order. Pure pastel (stains and holes never seen). Good quality towels, always clean and white. the only thing that upset us was that despite the fact that every day leaving a dollar was left, the swan was twisted to us only once. A trifle, but unpleasant, the child really wanted to. I recommend checking into separate bungalows, there is always peace and quiet, unlike the central building, where from the constant noise there will be a feeling that you are in a hostel.
3. The food is good, varied, the dishes were rarely repeated, the assortment for every taste. There were no seafood and other frills. it is 4 *, but we were quite satisfied with the rest. I don’t even want to list, because it is too long. Everything was there! you won't stay hungry!
4. The territory is very huge, the feeling that this is not a hotel, but a small town. Very clean and well maintained. There are places to walk and take pictures. There are many pools on the territory, all of different depths from 40 cm to 170.
5. The beach was a little disappointing, despite the fact that it is very large and corresponds to its name Long, a good entrance to the sea is very far away (closer to the pier), until you get there you will get very tired and burn yourself. Despite the fact that the hotel is in the first line, the feeling is like on the 2nd or 3rd. And since the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, special shoes are absolutely not needed. if you dive from the pier, you can see a beautiful reef and a lot of fish, there will be a feeling that you are in an aquarium))).
The overall impression is good. The hotel is of a good standard and could safely have 5 *. But we won't go back there for the second time. I would like the beach to be closer, and there are not enough water slides, the child was bored.
