We went quite spontaneously, there was no time to choose a hotel for a long time, so I read reviews about the hotel after returning)))) It was a shame for him, so I decided to write my own in defense.
It was the first time in Egypt. But heard a lot from friends and acquaintances. Firstly, it is 4 * +, that's how it should be treated. We traveled with Pegasus, flew from Kyiv to UIA. They delayed us a little during takeoff, but in general, the main thing - they flew)).
In order about what the main complaints of commentators are.

1. Settlement. There were no problems. Even vice versa. We arrived around 19:00. They settled in right away. They laid out a map of the hotel in front of their noses and began to show the location of available rooms. We initially wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday, so we first chose a bungalow away from people. But a friend at the reception advised us rooms closer to the restaurant, and of course he was right. This was very pleasing, because we did not pay him anything for such care.
2. We took the standard number and did not regret it a bit. Average terrace, 5 minutes to the restaurant, 7 minutes to the beach. No noise from the road or the pool. View of the sea and green area.
Hairdryer, TV, safe, central air conditioning, radio, clock, balcony, mini-fridge with min. water and even ice, glasses....everything was there. Only the floor lamp did not work (but we never needed it), and the air conditioner hummed loudly. But at night we still turned it off for anti-cold purposes. We cleaned it well. We left "van dollar". The bed was decorated with fresh flowers. They even understood the notes left with requests in English. language, and even fulfilled these requests))
3. There were giant ants))) well, how gigantic . . this is compared to ours....especially red (domestic))... in short, their length is up to 2 cm))) but I saw them only at a watering hole in the bathroom, moreover they preferred the toilet as a drinking bowl)) well, just think, they are also God's creatures and you probably want to drink, but it's so hot outside..... let them drink, it won't hurt me)) you just need to look where you sit))) the operator told us that if someone gets ants, you have to tell the reception and they will do "something" with it.......I suspect that this "something" is bullying, and the smell of poison and chemicals me would be much more annoying than seeing an ant once a day.

4. Nutrition. Almost every day the set is the same. But there is always a choice: fish, beef, and chicken. Soups, although not very tasty, but 2 types for lunch and dinner. Separately, there was food for children, where adults also went to graze all the time). In the evenings, lyulya or chicken were fried on the grill. It’s just that our people don’t know how to take one thing))) and if you take fish, meat, and poultry every time, then of course the food will seem very monotonous))) There were no poisonings. There are really not enough fruits here - mostly only for breakfast (oranges, grapefruits, fruit salad, sometimes melon), and in the afternoon and in the evening either terrible tart dates or tasteless pears.
On the beach and near the pool, it was possible to intercept fries with sausage or "shawarma filling")) in the afternoon, but lunch was always enough.
Separately, I want to highlight a trip to the a la carte restaurant. Don't waste your time. . . and money. Complimentary drinks - only a bottle of water. And so beer $ 5, cocktail - 10, and a bottle of their local wine - min. $80. e.....The portions are small, half are tasteless, partly the same as the menu in an ordinary restaurant, only there you can take what and how much you want))
In short, we were never hungry, our stomachs didn’t hurt, and the fact that the first thing upon arrival I wanted to sink my teeth into a pork ham was not the hotel’s fault..... a Muslim country after all.
5. Drinks. You were warned that everything is locally produced, so why are you indignant? )) The wine is really disgusting. We even enjoyed the beer. Simple cocktails. There is no result from drinking)) Although this is good - I have not seen drunk tourists in 10 days. Although once we tried very hard to achieve the goal, it all ended with a banal falling asleep on a sunbed by the night pool))
6. Territory. Big and beautiful. A walking stork was seen several times. True, there are no benches, no hammocks, or something like that on the territory... but there is a sea and a sunbed, why else? ))

7. Sea. It was difficult to surprise me, who lived half my childhood on the Sea of Azov))) Well, yes, to go to a depth of 100 meters..... but you can lie aground, the kids are generally fine... and in general, this is again a choice - if you want , crawl on all fours on the sand, if you want - swim..... besides, not all hotels in Hurghada can boast of their corals (alive in some places) and fish... I left with a sense of accomplishment - I saw both moray eels, and a snake, and stingray....and all this on a private beach. Outfit: a mask is a must, fins are very useful when shocked by a snake or moray eel))) We didn’t use slippers because we didn’t buy them))) we were going for a long time, and then we decided that if we had already managed without them for 5 days, why do we need them in general? )) In short, the bottom is sandy.
8. What to do in the evening? But there is nothing)) Well, if you don’t have the strength to fight the demographic crisis)) Animation is weak and primitive, there are 4 billiard tables, but they are scattered throughout the territory and we managed to get to the free one only on the last day. The "gambling house" turned out to be a room with one always occupied billiard table, table football without a ball and 2 checkers / chess boards without checkers / chess)) There was only one thing left - to drink. I was very pleased with the choice in this. There was a noisy and crowded lobby bar and in contrast to it - a quiet and calm, with relaxing music and a lounge bar illuminated by the pool.
9. Excursions. We went to Cairo and Luxor with Pegasus. For two came out 360 dollars. USA. + go to the toilets, buy water. Interesting. Money and time are not a pity)) Luxor is much more interesting. I warn you right away that they don’t count on the dry breakfast of the hotel, but stock up on cheese and butter in advance)))) They have strange ideas about the ratio of bread and toppings in a sandwich. Yes, and a couple of sweet buns, just in case, will not hurt. On excursions, guides will steam you with yellow and red tea (hibiscus). If you were going to buy them at all - take them. In Hurghada will be more expensive.
In addition, they learned windsurfing. 3 hours for me, 3 hours for my husband....only 6 hours for 70 bucks.
10. Departure. I went to hand over the keys and cards, they cut off the bracelet from me..... but they didn’t say anything about my husband.......I didn’t insist)))) in general, he calmly went to the bar and took drinks for us)) ) they gave a coupon for lunch, because on the day of arrival we didn’t have lunch... it’s just that some indignant people wrote here that they weren’t fed...... but you should check with the operator, and in which case stock up on food for breakfast) )

With the departure, only the operator himself behaved badly. I was already surprised when I saw that we were being picked up from the hotel 4.5 hours before departure......... it turned out that we were taken to a pastry shop on the way to the airport, where we had a super opportunity to buy a small box of Turkish delight for 20 bucks....... we spent about an hour there!!... I think this is disgusting.....I would rather spend this hour in a tearful farewell to the sea. Well, at the airport for a very long time check in luggage. Although they did not believe anything at all. We carried a liter bottle of water in our hands, and did not remove any belts. Already on the way to the airport, it turned out that it turned out that it was impossible to transport coal for a hookah... but we had it in the middle of a bag wrapped in film...... in general, they brought it..... although I heard that some guy complained that he was found and forced to throw it away.
11. Shopping. We went by taxi to the SenzoMol super market for 3 bucks, from there to Hurghada for 7 and back to the hotel for 10. There is nothing interesting in Senzo Mol...... the usual huge market..... really they bought pomegranates and dates cheaply. Then they regretted that so little. THERE ARE THE CHEAPEST PRICES. But the choice of fruits is bad. In general, everything is more profitable to buy in their pounds. The course is 1 c. e. = 5.6 pounds, and in stores they divide everything by 5))).
12. The biggest positive is that we got exactly what we wanted: a relaxing holiday with a beautiful sea, quite tolerable food and drink, we forgot about the city (beautiful territory and low houses). The hotel is fully consistent with its 4 *. And the fact that we never got to the disco, or to the gym, or to the jacuzzi, did not go on a free bonus sightseeing tour to Hurghada, only once bought in the pool, did not participate in the animation (in the afternoon there was water aerobics, exercises, volleyball, belly dance and Latin dance lessons) - says that we had enough impressions without it. And good impressions.
13. The biggest negative is the disposable cups at the bar.
on the beach. At first, these were glasses made of thick plastic, about 0.33 ml. Everything would be fine, but they washed them and reused them. Okay, we used a straw. But when they began to give ordinary disposable glasses (which, by the way, were also subsequently washed) - it was too much. How many such glasses do you need for a healthy man to drink beer? )) Considering that they are poured incomplete, and half of the poured is foam. So I envied one resourceful Russian and one German who came with their big mugs))))) Now I will always take it with me too))

In general, the hotel turned out to be much better than in the pictures))) If anyone wants to travel with children, this is an ideal option. By the way, about kids. Basically, there are little ones of the cutest age (1-3 years old). All the staff love them and cannot pass by without tickling or gently stroking their heads.
