We stayed with my family in May. I chose a hotel for a very long time, for me the entrance to the water was sandy (without special shoes) and good animation for children. Expectations were not justified!
No animation for children! Kindergarten has one name: you bring children there and they are on their own in a stuffy room, only a “watchman” sits at the exit, checks that the children do not run out into the street! No one worked with them there except the parents themselves !! ! I just have something to compare! Why do they even write in the description of the hotel: children's animation?
We dared to leave the children there! The beach is long, there is a round backwater in the middle, a stone entrance to the water on the left, more or less on the right, there is a little sand, a reef is shallow further, special shoes are needed. By the way, the children rubbed their feet very hard with these shoes! Be careful!

Dear parents, if you have small children, go to another country where the climate is milder! (Exception - natural breastfeeding) Understand here the temperature regime is higher, the food is specific, especially beware of milk and dairy products. We always took milk with crisps for breakfast for our kids! And ended up with a girl with rotavirus in the hospital! But we prepared in advance: we drank KIP (especially children) before leaving and every day we drank one tablet of Arbidol there.
Thank you very much to our tour operators (TEZ TUR). We were taken to the hospital in an ambulance (I'll post a photo), the doctor (a woman) immediately took tests, put a catheter, provided a separate room with a shower, toilet and safe. We were brought at night, the next morning there were already tests. A rotavirus infection was confirmed. I really liked the service at the hospital, everything was done quickly, their task is to put tourists on their feet as quickly as possible, and for this they do everything in their power! But due to our precautionary measures, we were discharged after 1.5 days! But there lay mothers with children alone for 3 weeks, cursing the whole vacation and dreaming of being in their native Russia. This woman was not at all lucky; at first they ended up in a hospital for locals, where everyone is in a general ward, there is no interpreter, no one even understands English! Money was stolen from her there and a one-year-old child rotovirus was treated with pills! A week later, they were discharged to the hotel, and neither vomiting nor diarrhea stopped in the child! And already from the hotel they were taken to this hospital.
I want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Plus, she's great with kids! Her name is Sally Soliman!
And also many thanks to the translator girl, who has been living in Egypt for 3 years! And she loves it!! ! She herself is from St. Petersburg! Her name is apparently Julia (sorry if I mixed up the name! ), You helped me a lot, in difficult times))))
And now for the good stuff!!!!

We really liked the service at the hotel !! ! The staff is very polite, efficient! If you have a problem in your room, my advice is don't go to reception! Everything can be solved much faster through the person who cleans up for you or through the manager on your floor for a small fee. More than once I watched someone shouting and cursing at the reception asking someone to send to solve certain problems. We did not waste our time or nerves, our door jammed, everything was decided in 5 minutes! Moreover, the manager will make sure that everything is done as it should and you will not need to wait until they finish the repair!
Cleaned the room every day! They have very good shampoos, balms, gels! The room is good: a family room with two rooms - one small (for children, a small window into the corridor, but we even liked it, because the children are small and if there was a balcony, why the extra nerves) the second is large with a double bed with access to the terrace directly to the pool. My husband and I in the evening, when we put the children to bed, sat there with pleasure, drinking Belize or whiskey with cola (from dutifri)))))
The room had everything you need: safe, hair dryer, telephone, TV. We didn’t take a laptop with us, we regretted it, we didn’t know where to drop the photos. There are computers in the hotel, but you can't reset them!!!
And we met a very nice person there, I highly recommend him! His name seems to be Muhamed, he has his own perfume oil shop, outside the hotel. A true professional in his field! Very accommodating, self-confident, not intrusive!! ! I'll post a photo. He made one to one my favorite perfume, which has already been discontinued (Lolita Limpika)!!! ! And in general - what he does is some kind of magic! He makes the smell of the skin, for you several flavors that suit you! And it hits right on the bull's-eye! I bought from him as a gift for my mother, for my best friend, for my sister !! ! He made perfume according to my descriptions: what color of skin, hair, age, temperament! And everyone loved it!! ! He makes perfume, not perfume or toilet water! Very resistant! And he gave us a very good discount and a lot of gifts!! ! We also bought sandalwood juice, sandalwood oil and black cumin oil from him!! ! The prices are very reasonable!! ! When we arrived home, it turned out that friends, when they are relaxing in Hurghada, go specially to him for products !!!
So dear parents, I hope my review will help you in some way !! ! Have a great holiday!! !
