Let me start by saying that our vacation was 10 days. At the beginning of October 2010, this was the first experience of a foreign holiday. We were very worried, as we were traveling with a 6-year-old child.
Let me start by saying that we are generally happy with our stay.
Subject to the rules of hygiene, washing hands, in principle, nothing terrible happened to the stomach. The only thing is, we didn't eat anything on the beach, we just drank. About beer... they say it is terrible and from it a breakdown of the chair....NOT TRUE!! ! I don't know how beer is in other hotels, in ours it tasted very good, it was poured from glass bottles. Everything was great with our stomach. Now, about the cold…. . Well, here you have to be extremely careful… Conders are very powerful, you have to take care of yourself, they didn’t turn them on at all in the room.

Now for the food. . . 2 restaurants are enough, the assortment is large, the menu has not changed much. But there was a variety of food. Fish, squid, meat, chicken, sausages - in principle, there is enough meat, you can even feed a child. Delicious RICE!!! ! Drinks abound, delicious coffee. The only negative, in my opinion, is that restaurants were closed from 11 to 13 and from 15 to 18. But it's not scary.
The downside for us was that there were merchants on the territory of the hotel, if you go into the shop and do not buy anything, you can hear unpleasant things in the wake... Moreover, they spoke in Russian expressions, in principle, not understanding the intricacies of our mighty language (for example, you what are you freezing! ) It took a lot of effort for my husband to contain himself. For the same reason, they simply did not go outside the hotel and did not go to Hurghada. Now more... NOT A ONE ARAB allowed any expressions in my direction. I went in short shorts, dresses, but I was always with my husband and child....This is nice, probably the cult of the family means a lot to them. In the dining room, vacationing Arabs sit at small tables with their children and feed from a spoon, wipe their drool... what can not be said about the Europeans! Arab wives, although they are wrapped in robes, they smile on their faces of happiness.
Animators are generally funny... not intrusive. Programs ended at 2300. In general, a family hotel. Here rest -50% - Russians, 40% - Europeans, and 10% - the Egyptians themselves. We thought it was a sign of good quality.
The maintenance staff is generally ok. Cleaned up clean. In the dining rooms, the waiters are all smiling, and in general you are walking along the path, and a technician or a cook will meet you and ask how you are doing. Nicely. Everything is geared towards children. Playground, children's room, children's show, pools from 40 cm, children's chairs in the dining rooms and small tables for children too, all the staff communicate with children, we came to the dining room, the waiters were already shouting Hi Sasha! How are you (daughter's name is Sasha).

If you look for cons, perhaps you can find them....A little shaky furniture in the dining room, in some places there is no greenery, probably the main thing here is a positive attitude. When I read the reviews before the trip, it was very scary, because there were a lot of bad ones. This is a 4* hotel. Now we are going to experience 5 * for ourselves and compare if there is a difference.
