For a long time they chose between him and Segal at the Sheraton, they chose this one because of a slightly lower price. As a result, when on the last day of rest we went to the Sheraton and looked where this Segal was located, we thanked all the Egyptian gods that they nevertheless chose a hotel away from this polluting center.
In general, this is my first vacation abroad in a hotel, so I didn’t really know what to look at. But in general, we were satisfied with everything. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, the main thing is to start speaking Russian with them or ask if they speak English or not.
We arrived around 23:00 and were seated immediately. The room was on the first floor of a two-story bungalow, not too far from the reception / main restaurants and the sea, about in the middle. It turned out to be with a broken lock, the guys quickly arrived and fixed everything, but in the end, the lock still malfunctioned a couple of times, the safe also once a few days later. The rooms, of course, are already old, but clean (although there is a huge layer of dust on the fan in the bath). We had the same bedding for the whole week, I suspect that the towels are the same (although for the legs it was definitely changed once). I only hope that they changed after the previous guests. New water was constantly brought in, we already had nowhere to store it. The tiles in the bathroom were cleaned regularly, all the bottles were placed on the tables, and the radio was stubbornly turned on.

We left a tip a couple of times for cleaning, it did not affect the quality. Unless a day later they laid out a figurine on our beds with fresh flowers. I hope you didn't clean the toilet with our toothbrushes. The room is provided with a tea and coffee set, a kettle, an iron and a board. And either they don’t provide for this in principle, or we were so lucky, but they didn’t give out shower gel. Above the sink there was a bar with soap, and next to the bath with shampoo, but you won’t run back and forth or wash with shampoo.
We went to a few entertainers with animators, such as aqua aerobics, salsa, pool parties, a concert in the amphitheater on site. The guys and girls are pleasant, almost unobtrusive by Egyptian standards. It is a big disappointment that in fact there are no discos on the territory, they carry for a fee either to a club in the city or to other hotels.
More lying on the beach. The sea is clean, although tourists regularly leave their trash on the spit, which becomes visible at low tide. It takes a long time to go to the depths, like on some Azov, there is a pier with a reef nearby, but a friend swam further on her own and said that it was more beautiful than next to the pier. Places are always dofiga, for all the time of our vacation there was no such thing that we were looking for free sunbeds for more than a couple of minutes. The staff, in which case, will drag the sun lounger, and fill the towel, and bring the mattress.
We went to the pool once for show, more somehow the sea was preferred. There are many pools for children too, with all sorts of cool things for the little ones. There was a small water park, but I did not pay attention to whether it was open all the time or not. We definitely included slides for a night party in the pool. Near the pools, it is already more difficult to find a free sunbed, despite everything seems to be dofiga. Most of the locals were just relaxing by the pool, while the Europeans somehow went to the sea more.

They prepared well. Very tasty pastries, for breakfast they usually took an omelet with pancakes, but for lunch and dinner there was already more variety, in recent days they covered the beauty there. Once we went to a restaurant by prior registration (Podium), not really super food. But, it seems to me that in Egypt, in principle, you rarely find something really tasty. By the way, you can only choose to go either to it or to La Casina. In Lotus, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and late dinners, in Aldante only breakfasts and dinners, small children are not allowed there. Near the pools and in the bars on the beach, you could get drinks and snacks, ice cream, etc. In restaurants, everything was cleaned quite quickly, appliances were brought, etc.
The area is really big, we got lost a few times lol. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Unless they asked for 25 euros each for the extension of the room (we were taken from the hotel as early as 20.05). But I think that it was possible to agree on a smaller amount, but we decided to go to the Sheraton and Marina in the city. Moreover, the bracelets were not cut off, they took away only the key to the room, it was possible to go to lunch, dinner, use everything. It seems like you could ask for cards for towels, but we did not, because. without a shower, it's still uncomfortable after the sea, although there are racks on the beach and by the pool where you can rinse.
The guide was from Pegasus, arrogant and immediately began to threaten that we would not be allowed on any excursions if the tour guide and the excursion did not match. They charged $100 for Luxor, dates are limited. As a result, they found a tour on the Internet for $ 45, they normally missed it everywhere. And then we talked closer with the guide on a direct tour, he said that his prices are cheaper, since he is the direct organizer, and the service that we chose is simply promoted and collects people, although they themselves are not guides. If they had taken Luxor directly from him, it would have cost 40 dollars. He organizes both large bus and individual tours. As a result, I took an individual tour, then even before Abydos and Dendera already specifically with him.
