We arrived from the hotel yesterday and immediately decided to write a review. You read the previous reviews and think, to what extent people in Russia are IDIOTS ! ! We are fighting corruption, and they are investing money in passports !! ! We were settled without any bribes in the passport in 2 minutes and were given what we asked for with a sweet smile and a glass of iced tea with chocolate! The hotel is designed for 2200 seats, and on the day of our stay there were only 260 people in the hotel! So give any number you want! ! Everything, from the departure of the plane - the Nord Star company, was at the highest level! Meeting at the airport + transfer + check-in! The only thing I didn't like was the guide, who was attached to us by the Neva tour company. Khalid, that's his name, turned out to be a nervous, fussy guy who tried to sell his excursions for big money! ! There is a nice, cheerful guy Joseph on the beach. just contact him!! ! Perfectly organized boat trip for $40 per person! An interesting surprise was shown - and only for our group! Everyone was sent on the same bus - both those who paid 80 dollars each, and us, who paid 40 from the nose! So don't be suckers and don't throw money away! ! They will tell you that if something happens, then no one will be responsible for you! But this is all a hoax - they need to cut money from you!
Meals for breakfast are monotonous, but lunch and dinner were excellent - a large selection! Housekeeping for 100 points! ! Swans and roses on the bed did absolutely free! We didn't leave any money! Every day the manager came and asked if there were any comments on cleaning. Every day they put tubes of shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and moisturizer! This is the first time we've seen this!
The territory is large, on the beach there are old sunbeds and mattresses on them too. but it didn't bother us! Weather - the crazy wind blows with terrible force every day, almost no one swims in the sea, you can only lie on the beach from 11 to 14 hours. and then bridging from the wind with mattresses. We were unlucky with the weather, it was cold! And so in general, I liked the rest, the hotel is very quiet and calm! Disco moved to Aqua-bar. So until 2 am no one dances and sings, as in other hotels! The hotel is suitable for middle-aged couples, for couples with small children! The youth will be bored. Have a nice holiday everyone!
