Отдых испорчен Holiday ruined

Traveled with a 2 year old. Due to a flight delay, we were brought to the hotel at 21:00 (the child fell asleep in her arms). There are people at the reception who don't speak English. Attitude is terrible! We drove in a group, and all 25 people were waiting for each other until they were issued. Further, "everything is friendly" as on an excursion on foot, they went to settle with the only representative of the hotel. So, the first ones were settled, while the rest are waiting... on the street...
And so on until the very end. . .
We were told that you have 20 minutes to eat - then the restaurant closes.
The number of rooms "remained in the last century"!
Don't trust the photos. . .
Most of what you see is not true. . .
No water aerobics, exercises on the beach and in the water, no volleyball (there is no ball as they said).
The beach is quite, there are no comments on the food and the restaurant (tasty and enough).
Ants and mosquitoes are poisoned only near the restaurant and retsepshen.
Etc.
Who cares about the details - I will share...
