Since I myself read reviews about the hotel before the trip, I decided to add my own - for someone they can be useful, but to be honest, all opinions are subjective as always, and mine too; ). I was in Egypt for the first time, and I had not been to Turkey before, I can’t compare it with other services in these countries. Vacation was wonderful. For myself, I can rate it at all 5. The girl from the travel agency knew that we were eating for the first time and advised this hotel (we doubted Turkey or Egypt), and now I completely agree with her, because we got the best combination of service, price and first impressions. Although the hottest time (which I was worried about, thinking that it would be very hot) - even at the airport we were told that it was 32 overboard, and including the dry climate - we didn’t feel the heat at all (the peak was probably between 10-12, but we just lay under umbrellas). It is often written that during the settlement they lay down 10-20 dollars.
We decided in advance to spend this money on trips or other purposes - although the porter asked if we liked the room - we liked it. We lived in a bungalow, the first floor - everything worked, everything was cleaned cleanly - as it turned out later from the story of a single couple - they lived in a hotel, they put money in their passports, but there were problems with cleaning. We liked the bungalow and on the other hand, that it is the same to the sea and to the hotel - it is convenient. Satisfied with staff and food. I liked the Italian restaurant better. There is really no problem with water - for 1.5 pounds you can buy it in a supermarket if you need it. The plus of the hotel is a free safe at the reception (we didn’t have one in the room) and no problems with beach towels. It was possible to change dollars at the hotel, but we preferred to pay by card whenever possible. It is convenient to buy all souvenirs in the supermarket - the prices there are fixed and small, also payment by card (you don’t know in advance
how much money you need to change and it's inconvenient). I join the opinion that the tour of the desert to the Bedouins is good, although we didn’t go, but we heard a lot of positive reviews on the beach, as well as about a trip to Jerusalem (if you are not confused by 8 hours on the bus - $ 200). We doubted between Cairo + Alexandria and Jerusalem - we chose the first - nevertheless, having arrived in the country for the first time, I want to see it first. The organization of the trip is super - we were satisfied - but if you decide to go to Cairo for one day, you may be disappointed with the city (we had a small shock - it’s not in vain that it is a city of contrasts). Alexandria is great. Others had not very strong reviews about Luxor either (you probably need to go there not in the summer - you can feel the heat there). We took a trip from TezTour - since I participated in many trips by bus more than once - I can say with confidence that their organization of trips is at a good level - and safety too. There is no need to save, especially

when it comes to such large transfers. They took it to the sea from the guys from the hotel - they were satisfied - for the same 35 dollars there were two trips - we liked both - they started with a short one - for 2 hours (we took into account the reviews of those who had already traveled). In general, I can appreciate the staff of TezTour highly - from arrival to departure - any questions, organization, etc. (we were traveling for the first time and there was a little excitement).
What you need to pay attention to: many write about problems with sunbeds - the beach is really small, but when we were, the hotel, although it was full (those nearby hotels were empty), did not feel any discomfort. A vacationer has already said for a week that one day there was a problem with the number of sunbeds (some probably have not left yet, others have arrived) - the hotel staff quickly eliminated it by delivering new ones. The beach is really constantly cleaned, the water was clean,
although there were a lot of vacationers - and we woke up only at 8 - we went for breakfast and only then the beach - there were no problems with sunbeds, despite the fact that we always needed one in the sun, the other in the shade. We drove stocked with various pills for diarrhea, etc. Nothing like that - everything is clean - the plates were taken out even while still hot, although washing glasses on the beach wished for the best. Problems with the stomach probably arise in those who, having got into the ALL INCLUSIVE freebie system, start eating everything in a row - sometimes you look - which prevents the vacationer from at least elementarily dumping everything on one plate, but eating one thing - take a clean one and put on a completely different one, not to mention about combinations and volumes. We didn’t see anyone particularly drunk at the bar, although we didn’t stay there - the maximum was to take a cocktail and sit in the hotel lobby. Although it was unpleasant once to look at the older woman on the beach, drunk to smithereens (the hotel staff, worrying,
that she would drown in the sea - where she was constantly rushing - they just took her in her arms to the room - with her then 120-130 kg))) There were many children - rest in the hotel can be called calm - who is looking for special adventures - not here. I also heard reviews from those who were at the hotel before - they say the service has become worse. Those who were in Turkey with good animation or in a 5 star hotel may also be disappointed. The advantage of the hotel is its location - with my friends from Cairo, who came to visit us, we drove by car to another part of the city (where, by the way, there is a wonderful fish restaurant with amazing dishes and good prices) - we were noisy there (and there are also many hotels ) - so we appreciated the location of ours as a plus - at the beginning, 5 minutes drive from the airport, but everything is there and more or less quiet and calm. I wish a good rest to those who go there. There are always satisfied and dissatisfied people. If in any vacation you pay special attention to the little things, you have wasted your time.

We also - when we left - were both very satisfied and dissatisfied - everything is subjective. I, looking at our photos, still get positive emotions and do not regret choosing this hotel.
