My first acquaintance with the quality of services provided by Pegasus was during a trip to the country of the pharaohs in November 2010.
At the airport of Hurghada we were met by a man of Arab appearance, without any signs with the name of the tour operator, he stubbornly caught the "Pegasus tourists" from the crowd (as it turned out for a reason). Having seated the "caught" in his tarantass and loading the luggage, he handed out tickets worth 3 dollars or 2.5 euros (this is exactly what was written on them, for comparison: for 3 dollars you can go around half of Hurghada by taxi, it was 10 minutes to our hotel ) and became interested in who should go to which hotel. My surprise about the transport was replaced by the certainty that they are trying to cheat us. Having reached the Pegasus bus, the Arab got out and began to talk about something with a representative of the tour operator. When we saw our bus, we got off and headed towards it. We asked the representative of the tour operator who met us what we should ride on, she, the representative, made a puzzled face and casually replied: "whatever you want. " Hearing the question again, boorishly asked "what problems then? ". As a result of bickering, we still found out the number of our bus and after 10 minutes we were at the hotel. This is how the Pegasus "sell" tourists to the natives!
I arrived at the hotel at about 12 o'clock local time, settled at 1.00. Exhausted by the long road to Moscow, and then to Egypt, I tried to check in early for an additional fee, but the hotel staff politely refused, offering to take a walk, swim and eat for now.

For an additional 10 American rubles, we were settled in a quiet, comfortable room on the 2nd floor of a bungalow, without violent neighbors and with a view of the sea, just what was needed.

Marlin Inn Hotel (4 *) has a small but private clean beach. A cafe is open on the beach from 11 until closing, you can always eat, drink juice, lemonade and something stronger.
The room was impeccably cleaned every day by an Egyptian who spoke several languages ​ ​ well, for which he received a small tip of $1 from us every day. The staff is polite, hardworking and not intrusive.
The hotel area is small, clean, with beautiful palm trees and flowers.
2 restaurants on the street (1 offers a buffet, the second Italian with a separate menu - food by appointment only) and 3 restaurant halls indoors. Every day, in addition to ready-made dishes, they cooked something on the grill (fish, shish kebab, crabs, chicken). The food is varied: meat, fish, chicken, snacks, salads, pasta, potatoes, cereals, soups, diet food, vegetables, fruits, awesome pastries for every taste (both national and European), everything is very tasty. You can eat almost around the clock, get drunk (if you wish) - too.
Cigarettes are not sold at the hotel, but there are in the nearest stores (local and others with information about the dangers of smoking in Ukrainian, for example "Vog" - 120 rubles).
Animators try to entertain hotel guests from early morning until late at night.
The hotel is located on a pleasant street for walking, 10 minutes drive from the old city (Hurghada), so there is something to see outside of it, unlike hotels surrounded by the desert. Nearby there is a hotel offering water park services.

Biggest disappointment:
When purchasing a tour from Pegasus, I certainly did not know yet that the cost of the tour includes the stolen day upon return. 8 days / 7 nights was stated in the contract. The departure time from Hurghada was moved from 13:00 in the afternoon to 4:30 at night, departure from the hotel at 1 am, which we were informed about 5 hours before departure.
Why did we leave the hotel so early, because the airport is 10 minutes away? In order to have time to go to the sweet shop at night, because we are "very lucky that this is possible, " said the girl from Pegasus accompanying us.
The airport at which we arrived in Moscow was also changed (instead of Domodedovo we flew to Sheremetyevo C), which created additional difficulties on the way home. I had to take a taxi (and in Moscow it is not cheap) and drag myself to Domodedovo for the car left there in order to get to my city on it.
CONCLUSION:
Rest in Egypt is a PLEASANT and useful activity if you are not traveling with a Pegasus, whose representatives are actively cleaning your pockets, being rude to you and ignoring you!
