I was pleased with the check-in - friendly staff, upon arrival - a meeting with mango juice. We lived in room 2115. Very large, spacious, and most importantly - clean! 2 balconies, large bed, mirror, TV with many Ukrainian and Russian channels. The only small minus, which was mentioned in other reviews, is the noise of air conditioners on the upper floors.
Cleaning in the room at the highest level, always clean towels, bed linen changed every day.
Immediately upon arrival, they asked for a bed for their son, they brought us to the room not only a bed, but also a bath and a pot, although they didn’t even mention it. Very pleasantly surprised!
Why the hotel has 4 * is not clear, since all 5 *, where we rested, did not even stand next to Mercure.
The hotel area is very compact, from the sea to the reception you reach in 3-4 minutes maximum. Lots of greenery, palm trees, different flowers.
Meals: very varied, there is always something to choose from, every evening is themed. Chefs work in gloves, cook in front of visitors. Large selection of fruits. There is a diet and children's menu.
Sea. A pretty lagoon, a little further near the stones there is a small coral reef where you can snorkel and look at the fish. There were always enough sun loungers, but the first line near the sea is occupied from 6:30 in the morning. The beach is constantly cleaned, the sand is leveled.
Well done animators, they work, but at the same time they are not imposed.
Internet is free in the hotel, works great near the reception.
