Surprisingly, there are practically no disadvantages in Mercury, and the shortcomings that we noticed did not affect the full picture in any way. So, the road and settlement. It makes no sense to talk about the flight, it’s not about that, but in principle it’s successful. We arrived from the airport quickly and comfortably. And from the very aisle we were pleasantly surprised by the service, for Hurghada it’s just chic. We have been vacationing in Egypt for more than a year, but I wanted to leave a review for the first time, because, well, we really liked everything. The staff is just excellent. Everyone is very polite and responsive. During the whole holiday we did not meet a single sour face. Waiters and bartenders are on point, you don’t have to wait for drinks and cocktails, the restaurant is clean and tidy, without queues. The beach is pleasant, without stones and corals, entirely sand. The entrance is gentle, but you won’t have to chapat a kilometer. The sunbeds are a bit bulky and a bit old looking, but comfortable to lie on. For the first time, we took our grandmother, my husband’s mother, with us on vacation, and decided to definitely introduce her to Egypt at least a little closer. We turned to a local guide for excursions, which we not only did not regret, but were very pleased with. For example, a trip to Luxor cost only forty dollars per person, there was a comfortable bus, a cheerful guide and an interesting excursion in Luxor, plus we were given a gift for the holidays by a local SIM card with an Internet connection for free use and payment for excursions only when leaving the hotel without prepayments. We had a family room overlooking the sea and the pool. To our surprise, the cleaning was also not lame at all. Knowing the slovenliness and some laziness of the Egyptians in this regard, the floors were washed and tubes of cosmetics were placed on the tables. There was no need to run for towels, and tips were left with pleasure. The food made us very happy. One of the main advantages is the complete absence of any queues, which indicates the well-coordinated work of the staff and the care of the owner of the hotel about his offspring. Food and drink can be found throughout the hotel all day long. Theme evenings with well-thought-out national cuisine, delicious barbecue in the evening, ice cream during the day. There was also enough fruit, but the most delicious were, perhaps, dates. There were watermelons, melons, citrus fruits. Egyptian confectioners are famous for their pastries and sweets, and here, as always, they did not let us down. I also want to thank the animation team for brightening up our stay at the hotel. They didn't let me get bored day or night. You rarely meet such professionals in their field, and even more so those who love their work. The fact that the guys are doing this with all their hearts was visible to the naked eye. If the hotel could be refurbished a little it would be great.
