I never write reviews, but then I decided))) because I liked the hotel very much. I did not even expect that I would miss the time spent in Mercury.....the hotel is near the airport, 15 minutes and we are at the reception, another 20-25 minutes and we were taken to the rooms, the luggage was delivered separately. We had problems with the room (of a personal nature) and were moved to another one.....and again in another.... and at the same time, no dissatisfaction on the part of the employees, and here a special thanks to Irina from the reception!! ! Always with a smile, always answer any question and help in solving any problem!! ! Good girl!! ! Cleaning every day, water set every day, linen changed every other day, towels every day. The food is excellent, the only negative is very little fruit! But always amazed by the abundance of assortment of dinners and sweets! The animation is decent. The team is trying very hard, but I want to highlight Oksana separately. Positive girl. It's nice to talk to her, and it was even more pleasant to watch her oriental dances! Well done. And children's animator Farid. He loves children and tries to entertain them. My son just fell in love with him)))) Farid! Thanks for the rest))). Everything was at the highest level, with the exception of most of the Arabs vacationing. The people are very sloppy and do not know how to behave with dignity in society. . . but this claim is NOT TO THE HOTEL. In general, I will recommend to friends))))
