Good afternoon everyone))) We rested in this hotel with my husband and girlfriend from 05.09. 2018 to 12.09. 2018. We arrived at night and it was the fastest check-in for all the time of our travels)))) hinted and when they brought the suitcases to the room to thank - my husband had to catch up))) The room was cozy, clean, bright, overlooking the pool and the sea at number 3320. Cleaning was every day, towels were changed as soon as we left them on the floor . The hotel is very cozy, it is well oriented, everything is compact, convenient. There are pools (like three, and one is being built), honestly I won’t say for the pools because we never swam in them - the sea !!! ! ONLY THE SEA !! ! The entrance to the sea is a sandy smooth transition into the depths. Swimming is a pleasure - there is a small piece of the reef where you can see the fish (if you need a good reef, it's better to go to CHARM). There were enough sun loungers, although it happened that you had to ask to pull up the sun loungers. Meals: in the morning it was almost the same - a light breakfast with cereals, eggs, salads is provided for you - you will not be left hungry. At lunch, a variety of dishes for every taste, and dinner was always wonderful - the beautiful design of the restaurant, meat, fish, seafood - we are not gourmets, we are completely satisfied with this food. The staff - it seems to be there, they do their job well, cleaning dirty dishes was not long in coming, they tried to quickly clean the table and set it for the next people, everyone was smiling, friendly and at the same time not intrusive. We flew from TEZ TOUR, the guide MATAZ is very nice, pleasant, he tries to make your vacation go well, I saw how people turned to him on any issue and he tried to help everyone and it doesn’t matter if you bought an excursion from him or not. He was also able to help us, we flew out at 21:10, so we were picked up from the hotel at 17:50 - we spent all this time on the beach and Mataz agreed that towels would be left for us until the end of our stay. bracelets were not removed. There are also shops on site. we met Mark - he sells paintings on papyrus and Misha - arafats, shoes, clothes - good positive guys, they make discounts on their goods ; ))) The operator provided a lot of excursions, for every taste. All in all it was a great stay in a very good hotel - for us it was better than some 5 star hotels. I am glad that the hotel management does not stop at its successes and is trying to improve even more. Have a good rest everyone))) I hope my review helped someone ; )))
