We filled out all the forms and for some reason we were told to wait at 10.00. We waited in the territory. It turned out that until 10.00 there was breakfast in the main restaurant and, quite possibly, 6 people from our flight would have brought the hotel to its knees with their breakfast. Unpleasant. At 10.00 they gave us bracelets and sent us to a bar for a late breakfast. It was only tea/coffee + croissants. We were immediately upgraded to a room with a sea view. The room, in principle, fully corresponds to the description in terms of size/furnishing/equipment/repair. I must also say that they are all exactly the same in all houses. Recently refurbished, clean and comfortable. A double bed, a sofa for a child, a wardrobe with a safe and hangers, a large floor-length mirror, a TV stand, a TV with local and Ukrainian channels, a couple of Russian, one Belarusian. Refrigerator, kettle, glasses, cups. In the bathroom everything is standard, clean, tidy. We didn't have enough hangers in the bathroom. There were 2 hooks near the toilet. Towels for everyone, big and small, on the floor for feet. Hairdryer as in all hotels. Everything worked, there were no problems. The terrace is large with 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Cleaned all the time one worker. Didn't beg for money. But there was an awkward moment. They left him $1 every other day. A couple of days later, she did not remove $ 2 from the table, but they lay under the book. It didn't. They no longer left a tip, but the quality of cleaning did not seem to be affected. Everything is also clean.
The area is small and clean. To straight green-green, then no. This is Africa after all. There are few flowers, but a lot of lawns. But for some reason, the cleaning was always carried out as if for show in front of the guests. Those. tiles around the pools began to be washed during the day, when guests were resting there, lawns and plants were put in order, again in front of the guests. And so in everything that concerns the territory. I have never seen such a thing. I liked that residential houses are located away from swimming pools, restaurants, bars and other infrastructure. There was no noise. Lots of terraces, too + huge. Just in front of us, they unglazed the passage from the entrance group to the pools, it turned out very interesting.
There were no questions about nutrition, except for the first breakfast. You definitely won't leave hungry. Everything is always fresh and well prepared. No one got poisoned, no one twisted his nose. There is always a lot of food available, regardless of whether you came at the beginning of time or at the end. From meat almost every day, very tasty beef, good chicken, I would like more fish, but it was tasty, I didn’t like it only on the grill: it was too overcooked. Squids are not rubber. Fruits and vegetables are always plentiful. Salads with or without dressing. Many gas stations stood separately. And sooo many sooo delicious pastries))). I won't even list it, just a lot. From drinks tea / coffee, milk, juice (yuppies), wine for lunch and dinner in local glasses. Beer in bars depending on where you drink: either in a glass glass or in a plastic one, if not on site. During the day, ice cream, fries, burgers in a bar near the pools, only drinks on the beach, there is no beer. The dining area was cleaned quickly and cleanly. Dishes were always available. It was not dirty. The rules state that food cannot be taken out, but many ran with plates to the rooms (

The beach is clean and sandy. But the beds are dark. Old, dead. Pool/beach towels were always available and clean. I didn’t like the fact that many people ran to take sun loungers before breakfast, and they could appear on the beach after lunch. The sea is clean, the entrance is gentle, pleasant. The fish are spinning around the legs. You can sail to the buoys and there generally beauty opens up. The pools are clean, there are many of them, but only 2 are heated, located in the center.
In the afternoon, entertainment is scheduled by the hour: football, volleyball, water aerobics, etc. , I don’t remember exactly. Camel riding, horseback riding. In general, do not get bored. The children's animator is cool, but the children liked it. Started like this. There is a small playground, but clean. In the evening, a children's disco, then entertainment for adults, including live music. There is an open-air stage near the pools. There are always places to see or the opportunity to dance.
Very strained workers of the local spa. Haunting to the point of horror. And I must say that it is very expensive there. In a nearby hotel, it is cheaper and without problems you can sign up and do the same procedures. We did not take advantage of the free access to the jacuzzi, since children under 16 are not allowed, but wanted to go with their daughter.
There is an inexpensive laundry, in the morning they collected a package, in the afternoon everything was returned washed and ironed.
The front desk was always responsive to requests and questions. Always extremely polite. It was strange that only managers greeted the guests.
Of the guests, half are Ukrainians, the other half are mostly Germans, and a few French. Several Japanese (or Chinese)). This is offhand. Hotel for the older generation. With children it will be so-so, if only with babies.
I didn't have enough flair. Everything is somehow not up to... And in everything. Will I recommend? If you run into a promotion, then it's worth a trip. Not at full price. There is an alternative. But everyone decides for himself. . .
