My visit was from 10/19/2010 to 10/26/2010, and I broke my leg on 10/21/2010, the rest was completely ruined and passed with a broken leg for six days, since the doctor said that the leg was intact and did not show an X-ray, but the hotel did not show any interest in me at all, ignored all my requests to understand the situation, accused me of everything, complete indifference.
