The sand on the beach is white, the sea is clean, the entrance is smooth, there is a small reef. Meals for 4. Now more. We arrived at the hotel before 8 am, despite the fact that (according to the hotel staff) the occupancy was 50%, they promised to check in no earlier than 11 am. This is quite acceptable, because. check-in according to the rules of hotels from 14:00, but we were very tired and it was sooooo hot even at such an early hour - for $ 20 in 15 minutes we were already in a room on the first line with a beautiful view of the sea and the main pool.
NUMBER is sad. Everything in it is old. Cleaning every 2 days. I didn’t look under the sofas - I wasn’t sure that the cleanliness under them would suit me)
FOOD: cooks give out, sometimes it feels like I'm begging for a second piece of beef, although at the same time I have a completely empty plate. I just want beef and vegetables. And that's it. But the second piece - ask. The breakfast is basically scrambled eggs and pancakes, not even sausages. The falafel is overcooked, the feta is delicious. Snacks - hamburgers, french fries, pizza, ice cream. There is always a long queue for dinner. From alcohol in the restaurant, only wine is poured. The wine didn't taste good to me. ) Twice a week there were squids, once a fish dinner. Small selection of fruits. For the first time (in seven visits) in Egypt, I did not like sweets and pastries. In general, the choice is not special, but everything is really tasty (except for pastries and falafel), you will not go hungry. Didn't go to Ala Card.

ANIMATION is, - in the afternoon aqua aerobics, oriental dances, yoga, volleyball. In the evening there was a children's disco, there was live music by the pool twice (I liked it), and the standard is a fire show, etc. If your number is on the first line, you will not sleep until one in the morning. The TERRITORY is beautiful, well-groomed, beautiful views of the sea. BEACH. Of the declared 700 meters, half of the beach and the entrance to the sea are closed. The second half is divided into two parts (not exactly) - most of it is for flyboarding and windsurfing, and there are less than 100 meters allowed to enter the sea. Oddly enough, no one interfered with anyone. The sand is white, the sea is beautiful, the horizon and the sea meet - and this is beauty! (for example, I will not return to Desert Rose just because there is no feeling that you are at the sea. Just a pool with sea water - there is no open sea). You will not be able to lie down and read a book in peace. Too pushy offers about excursions, spas, massages. . . All the time. Every minute. It was very annoying.
Bottom line: I take off one point for the persistence of offers on the beach, you won’t rest peacefully there, one point - EVERYTHING needs renovation, one point for sweets and pastries). If this hotel is a good price - you can go. I hope they will do a renovation there, vacationers who, like me, just want to sit on the beach looking into the distance or read a book - they will give out "flags" so that they will not be disturbed, and I am ready to pay on an equal footing with Albatrosses, etc. , but for the sake of the beach I returned to the Merkur.
