We were 6 people (3 couples). We went all inclusive. At the reception, they didn’t put money in the passport, but they asked us to be accommodated not far from each other (the request was fulfilled). Gave one room with a sea view and two with a view of the hotel. All rooms in the hotel after renovation. The room has a safe and a mini-bar (put 2 bottles of water per day). Every day they cleaned and changed towels, the bed was changed somewhere in 1-2 days. Tipping does not affect cleaning, they clean well. The staff is VERY friendly.
The food is good, but there is little fruit (as they wrote in the previous reviews). We had dates, melons, oranges, pomegranates from fruits. There were no poisonings. The pool bar has free fries, shawarma, pizza, ice cream and drinks. Juices are not drinkable. I liked Cola, Fanta, Sprite. The beer is relatively good.
The sea is just magnificent, the sunset is excellent, the beach is clean. Be sure to take a mask and snorkel with you, watching fish and corals is a real pleasure. For reference, we bought fins, a mask (one of the best) and a snorkel in Hurghada for 25 USD. Be sure to visit aqua aerobics - a real pleasure that I went to every day. Once I was on a charge, but it’s more like yoga, and the muscles are sooooo pulling there, I didn’t go there anymore, you have to go there prepared.
There are shops on the territory, the prices are not much but higher than in the market. WiFi is free at the reception. The territory of the hotel is very large and this is not enough to say. Free gym, sauna, jacuzzi (were, I liked it), table tennis and tennis (four excellent courts, I advise you to go), etc. At 21-15 there is always some kind of show program, about two hours earlier a children's disco. After the show, the club starts to work.
Most vacationers are Russians and Germans, less often Poles, Ukrainians, Belarusians, French.
Rest is very satisfied, no complaints. I was expecting much worse (for some reason). The guys who were in Turkey rated the rest in Mercury much higher and better than the Turkish 5 *. The hotel is much better than in the photo. I advise everyone. I would love to come again, but I want to see other hotels.
