Good afternoon, everyone who reads reviews when choosing a hotel and it is important for them.
Reading reviews on sites about the New Eagles hotel I have the impression that hired people write it, the hotel assessment in my opinion 1 out of 5 no more.
I and my friends who decided to spend a wonderful time on a sea in Solnechny Egypt, on the advice of travel agency chose this hotel for relaxation, but unfortunately everything that was indicated on the site is inconsistent with reality, all the description, all photos and realities - they are different, and unfortunately the tour operator did not know what it could be, we became hostages of the situation.
The first that we encountered this Russian -speaking staff - it is not in this hotel (as we were told at the reception);

The hotel is intended for local residents (this hotel for them as a sanatorium-professional) and imagine how Arabic in their robes (sitting in a burden on the beach) look at our women because there are such a ranger, Germans as Ukrainians, Russians, Germans and ...they are not a rarity in this hotel.
The food is terrible, there is no vandori choice, the piercing is so that the child was hungry, there are no fruits, do not add yourself that you will drink freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, they have no fruits, but about fresh juices - what to make them from (you want to eat, but there is nothing near the hotel). Do not try to give children the type of juice-this is a poison for the stomach.
If you want to eat delicious ice cream or drink a delicious cocktail - please on the beach for your money will be very tasty.
The All Inclusive system is only on the site, but in fact, having arrived at this hotel, only there we learned about the Soft All Inclusive system and this was a shock for us (what is the SOFA system is a non-alcoholic hotel (neither beer, no vodka, nor wine, nor whiskey .... )))
Rooms are a separate story, I have not seen such horror anywhere (what renovation in 2020 can be discussed, there was no repair here since the construction of the hotel), the unsanitary conditions are complete. Swollen doors with mold in the bathrooms, water does not flow in the shower in the shower and it remains in the shower palm where you understand microbes - long live a fungus, a standing shower in the cabin that is not adjusted and if you want to wash yourself, you don’t have to go into the dushkabin, you can just wash yourself under the stream of water (not to wash yourself in the darling itself Really, the child was washed in the washbasin), shampoos, air conditioning, shower gel and hairdryer are absent and not provided at all.
Animation is something from the world of science fiction, I had never seen this in my life, it was not interesting not to us, but even their local residents and in general it is possible to call it an animation, this is something.
Everything regarding the sea sea is beautiful except for a bay with parked yachts.

But as for the pools and the so-called water park is far from what is written. The slides are terrible, very tired, the pools are dirty (no one removes), broken, safety precautions are dangerous to children.

Having looked at this, I began to write to the tour operator confirming my words with photographs (if I need to throw it off, there is something to see), and the hotel management stirred, first of all they changed the information on the site about the hotel.
Russian -speaking staff appeared sharply, they began to clean in the pools, on the beach, to look at the greens on the territory, in the restaurant, nothing has changed before our departure, the choice of food was no, all is acute and no fruits in the season, and the numbers have not changed in any way.
