The child managed to feed couscous and tea, in principle, normally. The young woman at the reception is very attentive and tries to help with every question you have. We offered to pay extra for a room near the sea for 7 days, $ 50, since they did not have a room, it cost us plus $ 20.
What can I say about the room, you can find fault with everything, of course there are sadder ones, I immediately say that it’s not luxury, but the bed and mattress are very comfortable, the bed is clean, the rooms are not smoky, for us it was very important.
For tourists who choose this hotel, be sure to take shampoos and balm with you, girls, I thought that cosmetics would be like in every hotel, but here only liquid soap, if you don’t want to pull here, you can buy in the hotel store.

There are not very many Arabs, there are a lot of Germans here. The staff speaks German better than ours. There were also a couple of families from Ukraine and a couple of families from Russia.
What I really liked was that there were no drunken inadequate tourists, mostly people come for a relaxing holiday, the entertainment programs are good, there is live music.
We chose the hotel for a holiday with small children and we liked everything. The entry into the sea is very cool, the sea is clean, the beach is clean, they clean well.
The food I would say is European with elements of German cuisine.
There were no sausages.
Meat and fish every day.
At the end of the rest, the eldest child fell ill with a temperature of 39.
We had a $30 deductible.
Hotel workers do not quite understand how honey insurance works.
They offered me their doctor for $ 30, I agreed, and I did the right thing. Only at the clinic did the doctor explain to me how my insurance works. No one took money from me, they immediately said that after the child goes on the mend, they will bill me with which I will go to the insurance. In general, the approach of doctors is chic, even blood tests can be taken at the hotel. The doctor is a young guy and the nurse is German. The attitude towards children surprised me very much, the European approach, they are afraid to make it unpleasant, they talk with the child for a very long time. When the temperature rose to 39.5, they said that if it did not get better, they would take him to the hospital.
Thank God the temperature subsided and we went to the beach for treatment. The child apparently ate something with dirty hands. But until the end of our vacation, the doctor was always interested in well-being and answered all my questions.
So my husband and I were satisfied with the hotel and the beach and the medical staff.
All treatments with drugs cost us $30, so don't think that one call to an individual doctor costs $30. Not here.
And there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes, I can’t understand it only in this hotel or in general in Hurghada, but the children were all bitten, and there were a lot of flies, it was rather annoying.

I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday with children.
